App is amazing !! You just need to wait a bit while you open it as it loads form the server for many features and if you have issues email them they are super helpful

Unable to download Statement
It’s really not possible to download authentication bank statements after it’s been initiated and completed on the app. It keeps saying File is invalid when trying to download it.

It doesn’t work at all. A lot of codes, passwords. The IBAN doesn’t validated at all. I can’t make any payments. Because of you we can’t proceed with any business payments
Weirdest mobile app ever
This banking app is so wierd. First it rejects my smart pass even though I never changed it. Then it says login using forgot password option and it sends otp on my mobile but when I enter the same otp it still locks my login saying credentials were not verified??? I mean it even doesn’t logs me in with my biometrics!??? This is digital banking??? I mean now what more do I need to prove who I am online? My registered mobile my registered email my biometrics and yet you doubt my credentials???

Please change your app design and tech team because they do not understand how to make an app user friendly. Extremely disappointed with such kind of work!!

App not working, very basic features, login not working you have to login 10times before accessing the app

I’m not happy with this application as it’s difficult to switch between different company accounts. Furthermore, It’s used by both ENBD and EI Bank, but moving from one company to another requires resetting the login each time, which is very inconvenient. The app should allow users to switch easily between different companies under ENBD and EI. for example in my case, i have 2 companies under ENBD and 2 under EI.

Log in issue
Its asking daily new registration… Its impacting business time. Need to be resolved
Session timeout too small
Here I am trying to add all the beneficiary details correctly but app keeps logging me out midway each time. Increase the session timeout to 10 minutes, don’t keep it so small.
