constantly lacking predictions is beyond frustrating
What’s “Invalid Agency”? It’s MUNI’s failure!
The app shows the error now as SF MUNI, the most incompetent public transportation organization in the world, is doing one of their “upgrades” and cut off a number of apps from their feed. SF MUNI is a total disgrace and everyone working there should be fired. This department ought to be rebuild from the scratch after finding people who run the same business in Japan, Germany, Switzerland or any other place where they served a couple of million inhabitants. Anyway, I received a really fast response to my initial post with an explanation why the app does not work anymore in SF - thank you Alex very much for that. I’m happy to update my review as this is a problem created by MUNI. Original app is great because you can see a number of buses at the same time instead of only one line. I was happy to learn that Alex Perez created another app that work in SF

Prediction schedules stop working!!!
What happened
Why can’t I predict any JTA city buses coming nearby huh?
This was so reliable when it came to tracking when the next city bus is coming
For 7 years I never once had an issue with it as it served me well until now because lately it’s saying no predictions of when the next bus is coming for what ever reason despite the fact that the Jta Connextions city buses are passing by whenever I thought there wasn’t any coming at all I mean this glitch here needs to get fixed here cause something weird is going on and I have no idea as to what is causing it to say no predictions especially when I’m trying to get home from work

Hi Annoyedbycoinbase, Unfortunately, SF Muni was removed from the NextBus data feed so consequently it is no longer supported by the Busly app. However, if you download my other app, “SF Muni Buses”, it’s using a different data source and has the exact same look & feel you should be used to from the Busly app. Please don’t hesitate to reach out via the in-app Support button if you run into any other issues. Just paid for this app that doesn’t list the MBTA (MA) bus routes! Would be nice to know this before I downloaded and paid for this app.

Nice app but it would be nice if the routes were a different colour, also would be nice if the stops could be toggled on or off for a cleaner map look. Also would be nice to be able to toggle the bus route instead of the bus number identifier. Just suggestions keep up the good work!

This app will remove my selected routes and replace with undesired routes at various times.
Wrong place in my agency - Rutgers Uni takes me to Rutgers Newark
The main campus of the Rutgers system is New Brunswick. The agency list lists both Rutgers University and Rutgers Newark, but they both take me to Newark bus routes
Can’t find agency list!
Had high hopes for a clean and simple NextBus app...but this app simply hangs (for me) when it first comes up saying “Error loading agency list...” There is nowhere else to go at that point so for me the app is useless. Suspect something in the NextBus api changed. Here’s hoping the Developer fixes this soon. Will be happy to rate again when it works!
UPDATE: Agency list now loads, thanks. I think the core ideas of this app are what I am looking for, but there are a few issues or me. At first it was not clear why I only saw a limited number of routes in the tab bar across the top and could only browse a subset of the routes.. (figured that out by going into the setting). Then with my routes preselected I was still having issues selecting a route/tab (but granted, I have been seeing other apps have somewhat similar issues on iPad after iOS 11.) But probably most disconcerting (and something that could be easily fixed) is the stop-favorites prediction times do not show which bus is coming at what time... just the prediction times (some of my stops have multiple routes I ride).

Only USA
If you live anywhere others than America, this app is a waste of time. When you first go on, it asks you to choose where you live, which of corse is only USA, so the app is no use. Otherwise, if you do live in the USA, I think this would be a pretty good app.

Don't bother with this app if you happen to be stood at a United Kingdom bus stop all routes are USA
Inaccurate Time Estimates
This app will tell you a bus is coming in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later you will get the same time estimate and your bus will not be there. Terrible. Not reliable at all!

Lots to like about this app but enough misses that I can't use it until it gets closer to what I need: I need to look at multiple agencies at once (I need train, bus, shuttle, sometimes ferry and that means multiple agencies in the Bay Area) and, at minimum, not lose favorites when I toggle between them. Will be waiting for that update!

Where did all the routes disappear too?
Most of the routes for Toronto (TTC) are now missing. What gives?
Actually functional Glance
I have been looking for an Apple Watch app like this, with "favorites" for a while. This will undoubtedly change my most used iPhone app from Roustsey to look up the next SF muni train.
