Great time on volcano eruption hike!
My adult sons and I went on this hike yesterday and visited some sites before and after. Our tour guide was Peter (English spelling). He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Shared lots of interesting information along the trip. The hike was so much fun! We loved walking on the lava flow… that was fascinating and an experience of a lifetime! Definitely should be in good shape because the hike is 3 hours and the climb is a bit steep in areas. I brought my hiking poles to help me as I’m not the best in balancing on rocky and uneven terrain. I’m glad I did. I definitely needed them but no one else in our group did and they did fine, but I think they were all younger than me. All in all a great experience and highly recommend!!!!

Amazing
Cuba was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. One of us in the group had limited mobility due to recent foot surgery and he so attentive and made sure we were taken care of and able to do everything we wanted to do. He even added extra stops and we were able to see so much in one day. This was the highlight of our Iceland trip with the best tour guide ever! Would highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience today with Axel. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, he shared a lot of facts and interesting stories during our trip to the Snaefellsnes peninsula. It was truly wonderful and I would recommend everyone to book this company.
Additionally, the app makes communication straightforward and easy. They replied to my many questions within minutes. We unfortunately, had one of our tours cancelled due to weather and they promptly informed us, allowed for us to reschedule, and gave us a refund since we were not able to reschedule.
I also had to reschedule a tour and they were able to do so within seconds. This company is wonderful, responsible and they do care a lot about their customers. Next time I come back I will exclusively book tours with them. It’s an experience I will never forget! Thank you so much Bus Travel and Axel for one of the best days ever!
