Share your plan Invite a coach, friend or family member by email with view-only or full access. Change or revoke access any time from Manage Plan Access, where you'll also see plans shared with you. Planning Create from the calendar: tap a day (even an empty one) to add a step on that date under any role and goal. Goal Status: every goal shows whether it's Actionable, with one-tap Reference and Someday/Maybe toggles and an optional "Delegated to / waiting on" note. Group your plan by Goal Status to see them all. Follow-ups as sub-items: when you complete something and add a follow-up, choose "As a sub-item" or "Alongside." Sometimes you want to replace the item, but other times you want to keep it and create a sub-item. Pop-out notes (desktop): open an item's notes in their own window for side-by-side work. Edits sync both ways. Jumping to an item from breadcrumbs, the calendar or the Weekly Intent card is much faster. Reviews Weekly, quarterly and annual reviews now schedule like everything else, with default reminders, a spot on your calendar, and a final step to confirm you're done and schedule the next one. Weekly Review has new "Roles Needing a Goal" and "Prioritize" steps, so every role has a goal and every goal has something due or prioritized. "Analyze my journal with AI" in the Weekly Review suggests action items from your journal entries and adds them to your Inbox in one click. Creating a new role or goal during the Weekly Review now walks you through setting it up, same as the plan page. Info icons on review fields explain where your answers get used later. Reminders Reminder intensity: choose Gentle (the default), Standard or Relentless in your communication settings. Higher levels follow up on overdue items more often and more firmly. Reminders now wait until your day starts instead of arriving overnight. Add your own message to any reminder, like "Get your shoes on! Run in 10." Reminder times read naturally, like "due in 2 hours." Reminders clear when you complete or delete the item, and pausing an item stops its reminders. Dashboard and polish New charts show what you completed in the last 14 days by Action Type, Priority, Eisenhower Matrix, Energy and more. Set how many overdue items it takes to show the "I'm overwhelmed" banner (Edit Your Profile > Default Prioritization Methods). Messages are wider and easier to read on phones, and they stack instead of replacing each other. Thanks for planning with us!

But I Have a Plan reminds us that God DOES have a plan for us.
It is a very useful tool. It helped me gather my scattered thoughts into one place and gave me a format to think about what is most important to me. It also gave me a plan, with a timeframe I choose, and reminders to nudge me to complete them and reach my goals.
The questions it asks on each subject helped me dig down deep on what is truly important to me and clarify my goals and my true motivations.
Having the artist personality has me all over the place sometimes and this helped bring them to order. Truly a great product.
