Don’t use for collections on a selected date
I put everything in my cart as I normally would online and selected the following Saturday and collection store, however, they tried to deliver a couple of days after my order (so a week early) and to my house (no-one was in).
I have no idea what happened to the delivery after that!
Unfortunately, no one answers calls (10), listens to voicemails (3) or reads emails (3).
Luckily, I spoke to the helpful staff at Ruxley who said they’d pack up my order for me when I next went in.
The staff there were really friendly and helpful, so I’ll stick to the web page or buying in store in future.
