Decent - could be improved….
Would really like a better idea on out of stock and low stock items and the ability to select a specific substitute per item or do not substitute and not leave it up to the shopper.

For a local store grocery pick up and delivery app, this is really impressive. I’d say it’s a better interface than many national grocery options tbh! Great selection and quality.

I love the service of all the guys in the store, especially the guy in the cheese section, but usually in the frozen section it's always messy and the guy always gives poor attention and is almost never in the store.

We are thrilled that the Butcherie now has online ordering!! A much appreciated service. And great to have a dedicated app.
The app would be more helpful if you could modify your order after placing it - as of now you can add things but you cannot subtract things that you have already ordered (like if you accidentally typed in the wrong number of a certain item, or you decide you no longer want it). You have to cancel the whole order and start again. A suggestion might be to be able to modify your order up until midnight the night before your delivery, after that time the app could be set to not allow changes.
Additionally, a number of products that I know are carried in the store are not listed on the app, such as some of the salad dressings, or the Parmesan cheese sprinkles as two examples (though there are many). Would be great if the app were updated to include all of the regular items.
Overall we very much appreciate the service, thank you!
