YOU HAVE TO PAY!
I believe the app works & the workouts are truly amazing. But after you are done with your first day and you have the motivation to keep going… YOU HAVE TO PAY THE SECOND DAY! Honestly I’m not paying till after I see growth in the 30 day challenge because I simply don’t want my money to go to waste. On the other hand, they give you the full layout on the workouts you will be doing, and the sets. So even if you don’t check in on the app you can still do the workouts. ( & yes I’m a real person I think 80% of these reviews are fake) you’re welcome.
