No way to edit profile

There is an error in my profile information leading to an application error in which I data is displayed because the jurisdiction is wrong. However, the app has no way to edit profile information. What if my email address changes? Need to add this function.

Unable to register

Unable to register, even to use the app. Get several pages into registration, and a screen pops up saying "registration failed" and won't continue—emailed support 2 weeks ago, no answer. Registration is extremely long, and it's unclear why they need it to access this information.

That number is recorded and transcribed and immediately distributed to our team. As for the reason that we ask for the information upon registering, it is several-fold, including: the need to verify that requesting parties are indeed emergency responders and federal law that requires pipeline operators to determine the capabilities of response agencies so they know who has the training and resources to them during an emergency. Information required

I like that it requires information to avoid the information that is detrimental to safety to fall into the wrong hands or people that have no business having this very important information.

Too much information needed to register.

I agree with other commentor. I like the fact that this app does not collect any data. However, in order to register there’s just too much information that’s needed. I ended up deleting the app.
