Is this really Canadian

I have tried my Kale in two apps and one says it is Canadian and this one says it’s not. Google says it’s packed in Canada. 🤷‍♀️
This is not helpful. An American made shampoo comes up as an error for two different brands.

I really want a program that will tell me the origin of products so that I can buy Canadian. This isn’t it. I scanned 10 items in my cupboard. 1 came up with ingredients origin. 9 said unknown. Not much value there.
