I signed up for 3 months of donations. and its auto renewed my membership after the 3 months. charged me anyway. im looking all over the aight and it doesnt even show that im following anyone anymore. Why am i being charged for donations to an account when im not even subscribed to them anymore? its very low budget. I dont even see myself credit card info stores anywhere so I can delete it. My account shows literally zero information or notifications on this last donation that was made. Not even a transaction receipt. just the email telling me it happened.

Dated old site with bugs
Don’t waste your time this site is very dated, payout takes forever 7 - 14 days also your account may be suspended and all payouts refunded out of nowhere. There’s much better apps like Ko-fi

This service is very good to be using to take donations, it’s a bit daunting setting up a stripe account, Payments taking apx 5 business days to clear can be a pain but apart from that the service is absolutely flawless.

Impossible to scroll down and view all my donators as it just takes me back to the top. So can only view the first 6/7 donators, no one else.

Buyers Paid, But I Can’t Access Their Shipping Details
I really appreciate the purpose behind Buy Me a Coffee. it’s a thoughtful platform for supporting artists and creators, and that’s exactly why I chose to use it.
However, I’m currently facing a critical issue as a seller. I’m unable to access buyer details such as shipping addresses after a purchase has been made. This makes it impossible to fulfill an order, even though the buyer has already paid.
As a first-time user, this has been stressful and confusing to navigate. When it comes to selling physical work, access to customer information is essential, and it’s unclear how to retrieve it within the platform.
I strongly feel the platform needs clearer steps and more intuitive tools for managing purchases and customer details, especially for creators who are just starting out.
I still respect what Buy Me a Coffee stands for, but issues like this directly impact trust between creators and buyers, and need to be addressed.

After only two weeks on Buy Me a Coffee, I’ve had $200 in donations. And two subscribers. One for five dollars a month and one for $50 a month. This came right in the nick of time. Sometimes the website is a little glitchy And difficult to figure out the problems. The payout section when I login on the app is never visible to get there. That is why I didn’t give it five stars. I’ll give it a month and if the performance improves, it will be it definitely five stars

Can’t even make a new account. Tried to sign up through twitter and nothing, tried to sign up through email, got to the code part and would not accept the code it sent me, I wonder where the creators of this app are based out of

I am a follower of artists on here and lately it says I have nothing in my feed. They’re wrong, I know I do. I can get to it if I log in in a browser, but the app won’t work. I’ve updated it, deleted it, restarted it, nothing works
