I thought I was getting an app where I could determine if brands use child, slave or forced labor so I could avoid purchasing their products. Instead I got a whiny app of left wing boycotts. Stupid.
Waste of money
This app is a great idea with terrible execution. Tested with several very common brands and received no useful information about the conflicts and supporters for it. The interface for the corporate family tree is also extremely difficult to read and was inaccurate for at least one of the products I tested with.

App is crashing for multiple reasons - but mainly when I try to scan, while logged in.

I just bought this app, and every single time I tried to look up a product, it crashes. I haven’t been able to look up anything. Good idea, poorly executed software!

App no longer works. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in at least 7 years.
Won’t let me set up an account without fb or twitter
I keep trying to sign up via email because I don’t use twitter or Facebook but it won’t let me. I paid for this app and should be required to use other apps just to create an account.

New Update for 2025
I loved this app when I was in high school and passionate about boycotting Monsantos. In 2025 this app is needed more than ever. Yes, you can research which companies not to support, but this app was a great way to quickly check if the product you want is owned by a parent company invested against your values. Would be elated to see this app active again.

Barcode scanner isn't working. I would imagine because they haven't updated the software for over seven years.
What happened to this app??!
Every single barcode I scan now, all the same as they've always been, says 'this app does not support bar codes of this type". Why??? It has for the decade or more I've been using it!! I NEED this app! And I haven't been able to use it for months! 😕

Completely useless app. Could not focus my phone camera. Had to hold the object I tested it on at a significant distance. Then was not able to identify the object. I deleted the app. How can I get a refund? It is a worthless scam
