Been buying from Buyinvite for at least 10yrs I think. My wardrobe is versatile and different and mostly from here. I mix and match new and old and always feel good because I know I am wearing quality. BUYINVITE deal with good brands and you get to know your sizes. On the odd occasion where I’ve returned goods it has been honoured and relatively simple. The only trouble now is that they have grown so much there is too much to choose from!

I have used this app for over 6 years and i dont have any problem about them,i have few returns done but its very easy and they always there to help me. Costumer service is very good.
Pathetic Application
I am trying to return my order as the size did not fit me properly. When trying to return the order, the app reflects as incorrect invoice number. As it did not also show any invoice number. First time buyer but really disappointment.

Best online discounted shopping
I have used Buy Invite for about 10 years. Never had an issue, quality is always exceptional and brands are genuine. Shipping estimates are always great and even if you can’t find what you’re looking for you’ll find something else! I had to unsubscribe from emails only because I was shopping almost daily! But if you’re looking for something in particular or a specific brand the emails are a great way to know what’s on offer today

Refunds Not Issued
Massive changes to customer service, quality control and despatch of orders. After receiving multiple orders with faulty or incorrectly supplied goods and going through the returns process, I’m still awaiting refunds for goods returned. Frustrating to deal with and then they deactivate accounts and refuse to communicate.

Excellent online shopping
I have used this app for over 4 years now, with my first purchase being a purple pair of Ugg boots which are still going strong! I find the shipping to Australia slow, but only with some products. All over I love the variety of shopping Buyinvite offers. Would strongly recommend!

Sales are good but be aware and ready not to get it delivered at the correct time. I bought a few things in nov ready for Christmas gifts and I’m still waiting for their arrival now!! I could’ve went overseas and bought them myself and that would still be less time used to get a product.

Slow delivery. Overdue delivery. Pathetic customer service.
I ordered a product to be delivered before 3/12/18. It has not arrived. They took one week (and several messages) before they replied to my contacts asking where/when will the product be delivered. Their reply, when it finally came, offered no apology and stated they need 5-7 business days to look into it and let me know what is happening. By then the delivery will be more than 2 weeks late. I could have brought the same item from other online sellers and had it already.

Quality and service usually very good
I’ve been shopping on this site for over 5 years. Efficient delivery Depends on country of origin with Europe generally taking longer. Sizing has the most variation for adults. I never buy clothes made in China as they are always very small. Italian and French sizes are smaller to including shoes. I hardly ever buy US sizes so confusing apart from shoe sizes.
I love Italian linen but it can be too heavy for Australian summers especially with sleeves. Italian shoes are smaller to narrower but very good quality .
I always prefer cotton clothes in summer for Australian summers as polyester is too hot.
In winter I love the German made coats although time wearing them is limited to a month. The sizes for handbags is often missing. I have found some unique pieces but this is rare and there are few sales for working women and older women.

Search feature works well. Needs more categories.
Can search for items quite well but depends on how well the suppliers information uploads into the site database. This means that more categories would be useful to sort and find what you are looking for.

Save your money and shop elsewhere! I have been charged twice to return an item after I was told I could return free of charge when it didn’t fit! The “free of charge” return label wouldn’t print out until I paid a fee of $9.35 (so much for free of charge return!!) and then ANOTHER charge was taken out of my refund for the return 🤬 and I have messaged the 5 times now asking why and NO RESPONSE!!
