Best app ever!!!

So easy to find a parking spot. I almost couldn't bring my car to campus because I didn't know where I could keep it long term. My friend told me about this app, and a while back, and it's always been easy to find a parking spot since!

honestly surprising

i’m kinda shocked, it seemed kind of sketchy but i just got connected with the leasing agency today and it’s totally legit. the app is very clean, intuitive, and has a pretty good selection of parking spaces. from what i can tell, this is only available at umich, but for umich students this is great.

i’d maybe have knocked off half a star for the chat system; i think it might’ve bugged and messaged the wrong person at first, but i eventually got in contact with the right person. it also looks like this feature is new, so i won’t give them too much flack for it.

Excellent Customer Service

Just wanted to give a shout out for the exceptional customer service I received when I was trying to buy a spot this past weekend for the football game. The problem was all mine (user error) but I was contacted via text, email and phone to resolve the issue successfully - I highly recommend using this app when purchasing a parking spot!
