Could name you 20 better apps. Firstly the customer support is dreadful takes such a long time reply and can never seem to do anything with the subject “out of their control” I asked constantly about how to get the welcome offer which in fairness they guided me through however after I staked the required amount they said I’m no longer eligible for the bonus without producing any valid reason. Would not recommend this app to anyone as I’ve constantly ran into problems and had to contact the powerless support team

I still stand by my review I understand you can’t win all the time and it’s luck of the draw I’m not bitter because I didn’t win Iv put £30 40 in to a game have a brake go back in and you have to no saved progress what’s the point? All round experience
Where to start, customer service on line come across belligerent and it seems like they are doing you a favour when something goes wrong, that and them not fixing said problem, the app itself is poor! Lots and lots of glitches from freezing on games, to not keeping up when going to game to game. So so much more I could mention but the above will do. 6th of march and buzz bingos response was to shirk the issue and responsibility onto me! Telling me ‘check my internet’ ‘make sure the app is up to date’ and to ‘contact cx service’ your customer service team come across arrogant and leave you feeling like you are taking up there time! And 9/10 they do not resolve your issues i urge Buzz Bingo to look a little closer in house than to simply tell me what I should do, this response from them absolutely sez it all, not a single ounce of ownership from them.

They don’t pay out their excuses are the money got stuck on the way to you which is utter nonsense twice they have said this once I’ve withdrawn I’ve been trying to get my winnings for over a week they have attitude and are so rude when trying to talk to them I guess the £300 I won seems to be theirs to keep please avoid before you get scammed too I use apply pay so there is no issue my end it’s them!

I putted 100 pound onto the app and it didn’t come up on my balance and then I tried to talk to them to get my 100 pound back and they said they will try and sort it but they didn’t at all and after talking to them for couple mins trying get my 100 pound they blocked my account and every time I try sign in it came up saying u need vpn or saying we don’t recognise the details when my details were correct to log in so basically buzz bingo is a scam casino app who wont help u out of u have any problems especially when money doesn’t go onto balance.

Disappointed
While it’s a decent app, there’s nothing really too it that every other casino doesn’t have as well. The thing I find disappointing is the wagering requirements disguised as ‘free spins’ like all the other apps have. You make your £10 deposit and they give you the bonus funds making you feel like you’ve been rewarded but with the extremely high requirements it’s practically impossible to get anything from it which is really disappointing. I get you don’t want to just give money away so it’s better to not try entice people with the ‘free spins’ that actually get you nothing. It’s really disappointing to say the least. Absolute shambles
I joined buzz bingo in a club, when I logged in with account was told I needed to verify online, clearly I’m over 18 else wouldn’t have been given access in person. I then sent through documentation which they kept changing boundaries so can not use bonus funds.I have since retried to download and log in but the app just closes as soon as I log in. Customer service is ridiculous no one gives you a straight answer and can not use anything! Much rather use a alternative site where you can play and enjoy!!!!

Excellent. Although the App is very unstable, keeps losing signal or message saying signed in from another device please logout a back in again. I also play other bingo sites with no problem!!!
Keeps crashing
It’ll kick you out quite frequently while you’re waiting for a game to load, then when you log back in, it tells you you’re already logged in on a different device ! It’s great when this hiccups don’t occur

If I could give a minus star review I would. Absolutely shocking app. Signed up today, and out of £150 I got one bonus on a slot which won £1.20. The returns are clearly shocking and would recommend if you do use this app DO NOT go on the slots. I understand fully that they are random but come on, first day signing up and that happens, zero reasons to want to carry on. Deleted the app nearly as quick as it took my money. Was promised 200 Free spins on slots, was instead granted a £20 wager in which you have to earn £400 to become eligible to withdraw the money, oh wait never mind because the withdrawal system is also a complete farce. After trying to withdraw my money I went to the customer service in hopes they could offer me some guidance. With my expectations already at a low I couldn’t believe what happened next. After wasting 30 minutes of my life trying to communicate with a man who could barely speak English and could barely string a sentence together he laughed at me and stated “I guess it’s our money now” and hung up. I think buzz bingo platform online and app run very well with no problems no buffering or glitches so far. I don’t play bingo but I do use the gaming slots and if the app had all the online slots available I would 100% use it but I only play one game 9 pots of gold bcs it’s my preferred game for entertainment purposes

Ridiculous rules
My local buzz bingo were quite happy to take my money and let me load it onto my card and account, but I’m not allowed to withdraw it, because when the idiot member of staff, bullied me into setting up an online account many years ago, the payment card used was cloned through “a website” and had to be cancelled , I can’t add another, and I can’t produce the card (as it was cut up) I can add funds via PayPal, but can’t get any bonus amounts and my passport & drivers license don’t appear to be sufficient enough proof of my identity 🤬

Most promos are pay for ones, yet they call them free bonuses (not free if u need to add cash and play to get it) they do promos that is free but they only give prizes to 15% of all player who play the other 85% get lose even then your lucky if it’s 20p, definitely avoid at all costs and try paddy power better freebies actual freebies and free big bingo all day every day

The customer care is terrible and won’t help. The classic case of never having a problem depositing but always one to withdraw. Took my money and luckily enough I won. Then when coming to withdraw it always said error on fast withdrawal and just wont load on the other option. Pure scam and not worth downloading unless you would like to burn money away
