Slow charging - pay per minute
First of all, I don’t think I need to point out the flaw in this system that requires an app to rent a power bank. If I need a power bank, maybe, just maybe, my phone might be out of battery!
But the more serious issue is the pricing system. You pay per minute for the power bank, but the power bank charges as slow as technically possible! I charged my iPhone 16 Pro for 25 minutes to get a 10% bump. The phone even warned me that the charger was slow. It’s either a sad cash-grab that ruins the convenience of the system, or really old technology that they have little incentive to upgrade.

Doesn’t work without SMS code
Traveling through Iceland airport and am not currently able to receive an SMS code, yet I can’t access the app without it. Makes no sense to me how you can require that in an airport full of international travelers
