Poor UI takes forever to load

Not stable.

We had a great app until new management forced this app onto our agency. This app crashes so much. Login process is slow. Nothing loads. It seems like a cheap app built by some first year broke students as a draft project. Showed screen record version of this app vs previous app and how significantly slow this is but they forced the change anyway. Would love for developers to actually work on this but seeing the last review and getting this app in June 2026 says otherwise. Can Apple step in and take this app off of the AppStore. Clearly it has no Apple feel to it.

Crashing

Every SINGLE TIME I open and login into the app it crashes and when I check or open other stuff it crashes this app sucks fix

Slow and Freezes

This app is very slow and it freezes every time i try to book a shift or view my live schedule and very slow to load notifications.

Extremely Slow & Poorly Designed

This app is extremely frustrating every time I try to log in or book a shift it takes ages to log in and then I gave up to log, it’s an absolute headache for everyone, I don’t know why AppStore even approved this much poor application to it’s platform, the more funny thing is the keywords says ( Business ) don’t know what business uses this slow resolution and low performance application. They should make another application and delete this immediately. I don’t know who created this, he/she needs more information and study to make stable and user friendly application.

App needs a lot of work

This is a very poorly designed application, with numerous stability issues. When it crashes (and it does very often), you can’t log in for a certain amount of time because it says your previous session is still active. Clunky, unintuitive UI. The developers should at least use the app they designed instead of asking the community for feedback.

Needs stability and performance improvements

The app keeps logging me out every time I leave the app, so I have to log in again and again, which is really frustrating. On top of that, recently the app has become extremely slow. It often gets stuck on the loading screen with the spinning icon and takes several seconds to respond. Overall, the performance has gone downhill and really needs fixing

Dysfunctional app

App seems very, very barebones. Severe lack of thought put into ease of use, and several functions work less than half the time. For example, the faceID and login process, the very first process scans multiple times, and seems to confuse itself, cancelling the login process entirely. Users are still able to do things whilst app loads, leading to frequent crashes. Notifications come very late. The app crashes wayyyy too much. Please do better guys.

Very under developed app

I am not able to login at all. Looking at the reviews from the other users, they do not even bother updating it anymore. I really understand why organisation would actually give business to such irresponsible entities. Definitely going to place a formal complaint.

Unable to login

I have been trying to login using the app and I am providing correct email id and password and yet it shows something went wrong. I have been seeing this issue it’s been a month. It’s such a poor experience.

Its slow and have bugs

This the worst app i have used in my entire life. who are the developers of this app, if you dont know use chatgpt or deepseek and fix all bugs. Make application resources scalable. Optimise response time.

App crash

Facing the same issue that your session was still active Which is by default the app fault which crashes and un able to login immediately and also with the notifications bell icon which causes this crash Fix the issues or don’t make such apps

Unable to login after recent updates

This app is going downhill. It has lot of bugs. After recent updates, the login itself is not allowed. Nothing happens after clicking the login button. This is happening from last 1 month. Came here to write a review, if that helps!

World worst app

From 4 days the app is crashing and , I am unable to login, but till now nothing has been done from backend. I will not call it a app also, shame shame on it . I will request apple to drop it from App Store

Force close

Since last two updates I am unable to login. As soon as I press login app force closes. Please fix this on ios. Thanks

Pathetic application never download

One of the worst application. Lacks quality from login- it has issues sending SMS, the screen goes back to user page. Will never recommend this application unless the developer does comprehensive testing and improves user experience.

Doesn’t work as desired

After entering login id and password, always asks for the two factor authentication, which is good, but once granting acess in 2 factor authentication, the login details need to be again entered and process to be done from beginning.
Plz update.

Very Bad Application

Very bad experience with the app as I forgot my old password and by clicking on forgot password it ask old password for creating new password is this make any sense even the team is not responding properly they just make there query form as a chatting app and it’s almost more than 20 days and the team members are still replying on query as that we are working on it and will update u asap. The worst app for payroll service. I request the organisation’s that they should not collaborate with the ALLSEC for payroll services as it is of no use and totally useless application.
