Terrible App
I can’t create an account because it says the length needs to be 6 letters. They were taken and it suggested letters and numbers. I took the suggestion and it didn’t allow it because there were numbers. Terrible setup. I miss the old days with a machine you got from the bartender.
Great game if you can play it
I am a longtime member of buzztime trivia 30 plus years. My local old Chicago has started having buzztime at their location but when I open the app and log in it say the nearest place playing is more than two miles away. I tried using the app support link but it takes me to a page for bar logins so I am leaving this complaint here.

Business Avoids
If you’re looking to host a Buzztime Event at your business, don’t waste your time. They’ll overcharge and undersell. And when I say “undersell” I mean you won’t be able to do most of the things they advertise. And the things you can will be terrible quality

App Not Working
The latest update seems to have disable the app. In every aspect it appears to work fine, except that it will not let me join my bar. Works fine on my wife’s fine. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing works.

Why all the fuss?
Lots of reviewers complain about this app. It works without issue for me. Could it be improved? Yes I believe so, but that’s strictly a personal and subjective opinion. If it gave you only one game a day, under each category and the game it gave you was the same for everyone, the leaderboard would mean more. On the other hand, I enjoy playing it several times a day. Definitely harder than Countdown in my local bar.

No App Support
I’ve been locked out of the game for a month. I’ve reset my password several times and the app keeps showing, “invalid credentials.” I emailed Buzztime but no response.
Why Change????
The new Buzztime app is very amateurish than the existing Buzztime app! The old app looked so much like the in-house screen that is used at Buzztime locations!
There are glitches in the new app, so you now lack the freedom that you had before in using the mobile app. This would drive away long-time patrons, when more members are needed.
This app was NOT designed with the client in mind!

Can’t log in from iPhone
Everyone else at the table on Android got in. Spinny circle for the iPhone.
Used to be good
Once you’ve been playing a bit, ads start appearing. That’s fine, but they don’t go away and there’s no way to close them sometimes, even if you close the app.
