Bluetooth Doesn’t work

Keeps telling me to turn on phones Bluetooth, won’t find the scale, I can pickup stuff from the neighbors devices but not this scale right in front of my phone.

At first it works

This app will not let me change it ,I weight myself every morning and it will not change I very unhappy with this one

Won’t connect to blue tooth.

I created an account but my Bluetooth won’t sinc with the Bwell scale. I stepped on the scale and tried pairing my Bluetooth and it never connected.

Not iwatch compatible

Why wouldn’t there be an iWatch App?

Not Usable

Why would the app not he able to detect that my bluetooth is on on my device? Seriously? Who coded this? Unusable app, should be grounds for a refund.

App stopped working

App stopped working out of the blue stopped recognizing my information and making everything i own no longer usable

Score rating is biased

It’s cool that it has different types of information that’s very beneficial. However, it favors low weight over heavy muscles. Someone with low body fat and less muscle would score higher than someone with a good amount of muscle and body fat. Ignore the scoring system. It’s outdated.

Measurement is good, processing is bad.

Statistical processing is presented terribly:
1- the results of daily measurements are shown from the first readings, but I think everyone is interested in the latest measurements.
2- there is no possibility to download an array of measurements for self-processing.
3- no response to EMAIL.

Fair

Works fair. Won’t update body fat rating. No update s for years.

The scale is great the app is terrible

This app is terrible. My clients (eapecially female) hate the app stating overweight, heavyweight, etc with no reason to be found in company info. Personally, I am 5’10” 199.4 and 18.2% body fat. The app “status” states I am overweight. I know I am not so I don’t care. But I cannot refer this to my clients as they already have poor health/food relationships and they get caught up in the status. This designer pf the app did a terrible job including status based on BMI only

Nice app but ….

I like the app it’s very informative works well with the Bwell scale, but it would be nice if the app would work with other products, which I can understand is not always in the best interest of a company. Try to sync the app with the equate blood pressure monitor and the app couldn’t sync. no help from customer service. Otherwise it is a nice app and it works well with the bwell scale made by the company.

Can’t log in

Have tried multiple times to create a account. Will not send code

Body Fat % fails

I used this app and the associated scale for over a month. However, the body fat percentage never changed even though I lost 10 pounds I failed to see how that actually occurs where your body fat percentage doesn’t change when you lose weight. Though considering that the app hasn’t been updated in over two years, I can see why.

Terrible design and execution

This app constantly displays wrong information. The graphs are broken and do not show “bar charts” in the right order. Data bars are lower when they should be higher, etc… just poor coding. Terrible execution.

Server always down

Can’t open the app because the server is always down. Other recent reviewers say the same. Is this out of support? If so, is the body scale worthless now? I’ve submitted a support request as of April 13, 2025.

It log me out

Used it this morning then it log me out. It says the server connect timeout. (-1001)
They need to fix it.

Server connection issues

I used this app to log health info but when I went to check the info in order to record it, it kicked me out the app and has been saying server issues ever since.. I even tried on other devices and still having the same issue.

Mini Thermometer

Online it says I can pair the Mini Thermometer and send you to this app. However it’s not on this app. So can you pair it or no?

Services offline

For weeks not able to connect to login so absolutely useless

Works Great

The app works great and is easy to use and set up on an iphone. I only have the scale, so I’d prefer the other device sections would not show on the dashboard. But, the info and trends and other sections of the app all provide great measurement info. Within the supporting info, some are lacking a high-low range to help us know where we fall in the range. The weekly weight trend needs to provide dates. I have no idea what that format is indicating, and I don’t know why all the trends flow backwards to current date rather than forward as they should be doing.
