They do not have any contact number for Ontario 40 hours minimum trying to get my deposit back after I was verified still hasn’t been returned and in fact if indicated, but unless I provide them with income document. That they will not return my deposit.

Terrible company. Worst customer support ever it is a sub company to party poker. Do not deposit unless you can confirm 100% that you’re fully verified. They will send you an email saying that you are fully verified with a link to deposit do not fall for that and if you do deposit the minimum to confirm the deposit goes through. I’ve spent over 30 hours trying to get my deposit back from them. They have no contact number to speak with them on the phone. Their 24 hour chat is completely useless. I had to contact head office in the UK ended up costing me $75 in long-distance charges to try and get the situation resolved. I am now 45 days. With no luck. DO NOT PLAY HERE.
