They HOLD your money hostage.

They allow you to deposit 3000$, but then immediately limit you to betting 10% of that amount, the deposit was VERY easy, but once I seen they limit you immediately I tried to withdraw my money, they will NOT ALLOW YOU TOO.

They ask you for a PDF format bank statement where it shows your name and transfer within the picture, you send EXACTLY that. Then they tell you NOPE not good enough, the bank, swift, and transit number ALL need to be in the screen shot, which makes it physically impossible to have your NAME, EXACT TRANSFER, BANK NUMBER, SWIFT NUMBER, INST NUMBER ALL in the same screen shot, they physically hold your money hostage and ask for documents over and over again, even when you send exactly what they asked for they say no, and then continue to ask for more, some that are not even physically possible to do through any app, or website with any bank. And on top of all of that, they respond every 72 hours.

Their goal here is to have you gamble it all away while telling you tasks that aren’t physically possible to do. One after another.

Everyone should report this app to connex immediately.

Fraud and scam!!!!

That’s deceptive advertising about welcome bonuses. After I lost my first bet and receive the offer about the bonus token they limited inmidiately and they got your money. Everyone else needs to know about these kinds of actions by Bwin. I’m going to do everything I can to expose this type of fraud

Scam.

These guys locked up $300 of mine. I used the app for a lil $20 to make sure it worked, and it did. Was able to deposit and withdrawal my winnings. The next day i deposited $300 and they locked my account.

Awful

Terrible site. Unable to deposit with Interac and they blame it on my bank when I receive an error right away. Now I’m attempting to withdraw and more and more problems. Worst experience. Wish I never used this site at all

Scam

They told me if I bet 300$ I will be credited with a 50$ free bet and when I finished the 300$ requirement the promotion disappeared and chat help told me multiple times it’s been credited. Don’t use so scam

This application is a scam, I’ve deposited money and all of the sudden from three days they are keep on verifying the documents and now they are not even responding to mails or live chat.

They deposited my money and it showed 1500 in balance but wouldn’t let me place a bet

Deposited $500 and they limit my bets to $1.49 immediately. I have since been trying for a month to get my $500 back and they have been no help

Not worth your money

This is by far the worst betting company out there in terms of handling account openings. I created an account, I transferred funds into the account, I took several bets….Then all of a sudden they lock my account and determine that there needs to be a security clearance check AFTER I did all the above. Their customer service is atrocious, you end up talking to an AI bot that goes in circles. They give you ETAs for reviewing your profile which they never meet. They request some of the most sensitive personal documents that you send to who know where. Please take my advice and stay away from this app/company!
