I just created an account, deposited £5 and then the site is not recognising my login details. In contact with the bank to get my deposit reversed.
Always had problems depositing funds
Although it is good to play on this app it’s actually one of the best I have found but unfortunately I always have problems trying to deposit. and then they asked me for a mountain of information to verify who I was and I didn’t have all of it to hand so couldn’t do it. which resulted in me now losing the account. they basically let a millionaire walk away from the site instead of help fix his issues.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
Easy to use, understated, fast and accessible withdrawal and deposit options; and good games of poker to be enjoyed in cash games and tournaments. I've used this site for a long time now and have had zero problems. I like the fact that there is no chat option available because that can be off putting for your own game and others and sometimes create a nasty atmosphere. Play poker, as you are there to play poker, and nothing else.

Worst of all the online joker apps
Worst of all the online poker sites, it’s the same as partypoker, which is also terrible. Not just the apps which are awful, but the had evolution is the most weighted to gain rake of all. By all means spend your money online poker but I recommend you avoid this lot. Cashing out is not possible in the app, but don’t worry you will lose all your money however you play the hands that are unbelievable.

It has been saying technical issues every time I try to login
I have been trying to login to my account on my iPhone 6S for the past month, and it keeps saying technical issues, please try again. So I did, same again. I have downloaded the app 6 different times now and always the same issue. It worked fine on my Samsung tab, only reason I’m not still on that is I smashed the screen.
Can you advise when I can get back to playing poker?????. Normally I’d have left a 5 star as I like your platform.
