Error ‘something has gone wrong’ when trying to place an order
I have had this error for a few weeks now. Followed all the fix advice and still cannot place an order. Super frustrating.
Bothersome Woeful Stuff
This app has gone down the gurgler. You can’t add anything to your cart, you can’t load your cart…all you can do is look at the pretty pictures. Yes, have updated to most recent version but the issues continue.
Not working
I have had this app for awhile, but now it is not bringing up the scan barcode. I have deleted and re installed the app, turned my phone off, but still no joy. My partner is having the same issue

Can I give it no stars? Even your staff bag this app. I can’t even change my password for the app because it won’t show me what “special characters” are accepted. Come on guys. Do better.
Barcode no longer works
Have the latest update however I don’t have the barcode home page, just the shaded icons one would normally press to access.
iOS 16 massive fail
I don’t have a mobile phone that is running the IOS16 operating system because it’s old like me and won’t update to the new IOS, and I am now unable to use the BWS application because you insist I upgrade when it’s physically impossible with my old iPhone

When you open an app you expect it to open within a few seconds. Not more than 2 mins
Best bottle service.
I will admit that I have been to other shops but I still like the service I get at BWS even my oodle dog is excited when I pull in to the shop they even carry out my purchases and my dog gets a little treat.
Frustrating
The app logs you out constantly and if you have bad or no internet connection, it doesn’t work unless you go into airplane mode. The staff all seem to hate the app as it’s slow to load, increasing time to serve customers. Please add digital wallet or something to make the experience faster and consistent.

Payment fails
Payment fails 99% of the time. Money is there but for some reason it only works 1% of the time. Frustrating.
Still not working
I have been trying to use the app each day for the past week, and constantly get an error message. Have deleted/installed the app 3 times now, and powered the phone down. Very annoying when trying to order products for this weekend.
Worst app ever
This app is supposed to make it easy to get member savings and woolies reward points all in one. Most times you have to preload it before you get to the check out, because it takes forever to load. Not only that, every time the app gets an update it removes your Woolworths link so you have to log in again. Please fix!!!

Useless (and Inappropriate?)
Everytime I try to add anything to my cart it says “something went wrong”. I can’t even view my cart as I get the same pop up. I tried using the “BWS Bot” and everytime I said the app didn’t work it would reply with “Thanks!”. I then asked to speak to contact a human and it replied with “I’m sorry you feel that way. I like to think I’m an acquired taste.” WTAF ??!! Was this app designed by 13 year old boys ?
It can’t be that hard to contact a big company about their poorly designed app, and to get weird messages like that. So unhelpful. As someone that works for Endeavour Group, if everyone else’s experience is like mine I could not recommend this app less. Fix your disgusting robot and at least have a phone number or email to contact to get my account and your app sorted.
