the app constantly needs to be deleted then reinstalled. It has the feel of an app designed or approved for use by a group of people not untuned with technology

The app is unstable and crashes a lot or don’t open messages, shows a blanc screen. Not acceptable for a payed app. Needs fixing
Lots of bugs for CRUCIAL functionalities
This app is supposed to be for communicating and sharing resources on developing as a business owner, leader, and person but the glitches and bugs really detract from that purpose. I can’t help but become frustrated when I’m using this app. it takes so long for my messages to load, I have to delete and redownload the app every few days bc my messages stop rendering for some reason, and some pages don’t ever finish loading.
Looking at the reviews, it seems like these issues have been ongoing for a while. To be honest, it seems morally wrong to charge every user $199/ month when the basic functionalities of the app crash or stop working every few hours or days. PLEASE, PLEASE take the time to resolve these issues and have some senior engineers work on resolving these bugs. I would like to not become frustrated every few hours/days about the same bugs that have existed since day 1 of downloading this app & having to pay such a large monthly fee for the app.

Not good
This app is trash.
Can’t see post
Not very happy. Got new IPhone my very first in hope it would work better. Cannot view the post that is sent. It’s blank. If I hit compose messages the info appears but I’m not trying to compose a message. I also can’t move through the app with out beating on phone.
Great when it works
Awesome new features being added a lot which is exciting. The biggest frustration is just how many times it’ll be working completely fine one minute and then th next I can’t see any of the messages or chats when I click into them even after refreshing the app. So I either have to re download or turn my phone on and off and sometimes even those don’t work so that gets frustrating. Recently that seems to have gotten worse as I have to do that a couple of times a week now.

Glitchy
The old BMP app was much more stable. I agree the interface facelift was needed but I have to re install the app weekly for it to work correctly. Messages not sending, messages not receiving, the way the messaging portion works for long messages is unusable. I just get a shimmering screen 80% of the time it tries to load the messages that I have notifications for. Overall not impressed considering it costs a lot of money, I wish they used more resources to make it a worth while to switch from WhatsApp.

Please add unread tab, app keeps notifying me that a message is unread. Not fixed yet 5/30 Even though I’ve checked all messages logged out of app, deleted re-downloaded

App features
There are always improvements being made on the app, and that is a great thing because that is really need. What I have noticed is that sometimes with the improvement they are still the same issues that were claimed to be fixed with the update still happening. One of my current issue with this app is the copy and paste feature, it very rarely works. It really needs to be fixed properly.

Love app, sent folder not loading
I am unable to see what was sent in my sent folder. Everything else works great, but that feature. When I click my sent folder, it keeps telling me to “try again later”. I like to make sure my messages sent and not being able to see my sent folder is a problem. 😩
Improving
The app had and still has a lot of glitches since launch but it’s improved. The thing most needed is being able to listen to audios while leaving the app. That was always possible with the last app. Not with videos but just audios. The fact that the app stops the audio if the screen isn’t on or that you can’t multitask really stinks. It’s a huge necessity to be able to listen to audios while working in other apps at the same time.
Edit: I have to reinstall the app every few weeks in order to see my messages because when I optan them it’s blank. Also, the notification sign on the app shows me a number even though all my messages have been read and in the app it says 0 since all are read and that’s really annoying. But props for fixing what I originally reviewed about. Helps a lot. Honestly they’re revolutionizing the industry, it’s amazing how quick they are to adequately update the app when there are issues.
Another Issue with the Update
Can’t access messages in the inbox or custom folders. Was working relatively fine until the update yesterday. Paying for something I can’t use right now.

For some reason, the app shuts down whenever I type a lowercase “i” that it has to convert to a capital “I”.

Now app is great
Thanks BWW for always evolving. Love the new features. App still has terrible lag in uploading videos have had a Video not upload and just sit in outbox. Also the notification badge will not go away. Still says I have a message on the menu but not in the messages.
The old version and style was more effective
Not sure exactly why the change took place. I can see how adding a profile picture, contact list, and the additional BWW apps being co-located are helpful. However, everything else is a bust.
Please fix
The fact you can’t copy and paste into the text box when composing a message is incredibly inconvenient and annoying. Please update and fix.
A way to mark all messages as read or toggle through them easier like the last version would also be much more convenient.
