About

Apple Health records when you trained and how long you slept, but not what it means for your body. BX puts it back on a 3D body. • Five layers: muscles, bones, organs, brain, and skin. Turn them, tap any part, and read about it with sources you can open. • Muscles: see 7, 14, or 30 days of work and recovery across 43 muscles, and spot what you skip. • Bones and organs: every bone and organ, where it sits and what it does, down to the heart's chambers and valves, the lung lobes, and the liver's segments. • Brain: 14 functional areas, with the sleep and aerobic exercise habits linked to them. • Skin: log sunscreen and skin care; mark spots you want to watch, compare photos, and see when the monthly self-check is due. • Log: your days and months of sleep, skin care, food, workouts, and bathroom visits, with sleep stages charted as Apple Health does. • Food: log what you ate and its calories, written to Apple Health as dietary energy, against what you burned. • Workouts: imported from Apple Health; add the exercises you did, with reps and weight per set, or hand your notes or a photo to any AI chat and paste its reply. • Care: 210 built-in exercises with an animated figure and form cues, their primary and secondary muscles, and the sources behind them. • Daily and monthly reports: one image for a day or a month, ready to share. • iCloud Sync: the exercises, food, and skin care you add are stored encrypted in your own iCloud; heart rate, sleep, and other Health data are read on the device and never uploaded; skin photos stay on the device. No account, no server, no ads, no tracking. Every feature is free. An optional one-time Support the Author purchase adds a supporter badge to Settings and unlocks nothing. Body and health information is for reference only. BX is not medical advice and does not diagnose anything.

What's New in BX

0.0.3

October 28, 2026

• New Bathroom log: record bowel movements by Bristol type and urinations with one tap you can undo; they show in daily and monthly reports and on the large intestine and bladder. • A new + button at the top of Log adds skin care, food, a bowel movement, or a urination in one step. • The organ layer adds the thyroid, eyes, knee joints, and lymph nodes. • The heart shows your cardio fitness from Apple Health and how it changed over the year. • The skin layer is now a real body surface. Line up a spot's new photo with the last one, compare them with a slider, and turn on a monthly self-check reminder. • "Sunscreen and lotions" are now simply skin care, sprays included. • Smoother layer switches and sheets on the Body tab; tapping a hand or foot frames that one; shorter hints throughout. • Leisure walks, Log search by any exercise name, and a Day view that moves on after midnight.
