Awful

This app is awful. I downloaded it to do a trial run to see how it worked for my partner to use. It worked well at first, and then a few days later it quit blocking the sites I listed. And then when I tried to make changes and I entered my password it says my password is wrong. I sent a support request and all I was told is “I can change my password”
But there is no where to change the password. And now it is blocking its own website so I can’t send another support request. It is also blocking websites I don’t even have listed. I tried several times to email the support team and have not gotten a response. I am beyond frustrated.

I downloaded to reduce my screen time when im trying to sleep, but you have to pay to use the app and i did and the schedule session tab doesn’t even work, i can still open tiktok and instagram
