Great rebates, but lots of rejected submissions
My receipt submissions were often rejected, thus no rebate, and even worse, there were no notifications telling me they were rejected, so I would eventually look at my past submissions and see the rejection, when it’s way too late. Issues with submissions should be instantly dealt with!
Will reject rebates based on non-disclosed terms
I submitted a rebate completely compliant with published terms. Rebate was rejected alleging terms that were not listed in the rebate form. I submitted a screen capture of the entire terms of the offer and requested further review, but BYBE so far is sticking to the position that they can reject rebates based on fictitious offer terms. Buyer beware.
Edit: They did honor the rebate after I CC’d the actual manufacturer about their rebate processor’s fast and loose relationship with the terms and conditions of their offer. I will continue to use them but will be mindful in the future to keep an eye on my submissions to this rebate processor.

Terrible correspondence
I’ve had this app for about three years and really liked it at first. Then out of nowhere, my account got flagged for fraud just because I uploaded a bunch of receipts after hosting a party. Instead of letting me cash out, they froze my account. I emailed multiple times and never got a single response. What a joke. This app has gone downhill fast.

Ease of Use
I’ve always tried these cashback apps , a lot of them are scams and don’t work. However, this is one of the first ones that I found to actually work and it is so easy to use! Thank you to the developer of this app because you really know what you’re doing.
Login server
I tried to claim a 10$ Southern Tier brewery rebate on the over pack’d variety pack. The app said last day on the rebate but when I clicked on it, it then says this offer has expired and will not let me claim. I contacted the app tech support and they say that my email is not in their system to troubleshoot. As if I do not have an account but I clearly have an account that I log into. This also looks bad on Southern Tier cause they link this app to claim their rebate. Won’t be buying that beer again and will definitely stay away from any rebate that uses this app.

Receipts keep getting rejected
Used to be great. Now receipts keep getting rejected. Explanations make no sense…like saying receipt is blurry when it’s not.
This app is amazing
I love the BYBE app. Have saved hundreds over the past couple years. The savings will help pay for my new liver! But seriously, the offers are awesome, the savings are great and the rebates come quickly. Thank you !
Scam app ever I have ever seen.
Horrible app I have come across I would give - 5 stars if they have it .
They will let you cash back on purchases but after some time they won’t give you cash back.
1. In beginning they will give you cash back right away then after they slow it down to couple of days to get your cash back.
2. After while you have this app and if submitted your receipt to claim cash back it it will be in pending for while then it will disappear from your account suddenly..
3. This company doesn’t have any contact info. Except email them . In the email they have very they don’t have any proper reply.. it’s probably run by AI . They will reply back with don’t make any sense with your topic related… it’s just Scam app…

Good and bad
Good: The app offers amazing deals and pays out quick and easy.
Bad: the receipts I submit and constantly rejected. Seems like 1/2 to 3/4 rejection rate for me. I’ve noticed that happening a lot and submitted multiple pics to ensure acceptance and that the full receipt is visible. That hasn’t fixed the issue. There’s no way to contest the rejection or follow up. I emailed them about it with no response.

NO MONEY!!
BYBE app used to be good. All my submissions I’ve been removed and I have not received any rebates since June. I have also written to them and resubmitted my receipts with images of the product purchase still no answer.
Scam app
I have bought alcohol that I normally wouldn’t buy specifically because of the BYBE rebates and then they deny my submission for bogus reasons. I also currently have a rebate pending for nearly 2 weeks that they won’t fulfill. I even highlighted the item on the receipt. I’m sure they’ll deny that one too. If something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I wouldn’t bother with this app. It is not worth the hassle.

BYBE stops working
On June 10, 2024 the BYBE app stopped working. After several successful rebates PAYPAL redemptions stopped, rebates were not awarded, and email messages went unanswered. Several reviewers have noticed similar patterns. It is difficult to find an explanation but the pattern suggests that the app may be having monetary problems. New users should be cautious and users with balances should cash out immediately, if possible. The theory here is “Follow the money” and it is not coming in the direction of consumers.

no communication
good app, gotten a few rebates but i lost access to my paypal account and there is no way to change the payment method anywhere on their app or website. my rebates that i had gotten were lost because of this and i have tried to contact customer support and i’m given no answer. will update review when i receive an answer

This app is amazing…rebates accepted and cashed out quickly.
Nonexistent customer service
Receipts get rejected, and when I write to them they never respond. I’ve contacted them at least six times over the last two months via email and Instagram, and there’s zero response.
Disappointed
Just as the others say, first few were fine, then everything since was rejected
Doesn’t Work Anymore
This app was great. Now it hasn’t been able to load for 3 days. It’s useless now and no longer works.

App is usually great
I submitted two receipts recently. I opened the app later to check the status and the submissions disappeared from the app. I resubmitted the receipts and checked again later but this time they were rejected for “user limit reached”. I interpreted this as I submitted it too many times. I emailed the help desk but have not received any reply or credit for the receipts. A little frustrated with this but the app is usually really great.
