Can’t register. The app closed in the middle of registration. And its not mention what product this app is for. Major issues need to fixed immediately
BYD Energy MS app
App is slow to respond, often times out before connecting and does not show usage in real time. This app needs updating to be relevant and useful.
BYD app issues
Software is quite slow to present information and often errors with a time out message . Other errors include no network available or it logs the user out. At times I have not been able to access the data for over 24 hrs. The values of consumption and production often can't be read as they are in white and the bars representing the usage and production go over the top of the writing. Application shows energy from the solar panels to the load even at night, does not take into consideration the direction of energy correctly. No useful reports I can export into excel for data analysis.
