I received an email saying you give 10% if you download the app. There is no 10% discount given or promo code at check out and it charges me £28.95 with delivery for 50ml.

This is a absolutely crap app it fails. Do not purchase anything from here it’s just fake all the stuff is from China crap crap and crap

Never purchasing anything from here again

I’m an international customer and this app clearly only caters to people in the UK because it lacks conversion. I’m in the USA and not being able to convert pounds to USD is a rip off. Not only was I not aware of what the price will be, it was too expensive.

Amazing app!! After seeing sooo many good reviews for the ByErim hair oil and following Erim for a long while..... I had to get myself one!! I love how you receive daily appfirmations 🥰 I would 100% recommend this app and the products!!!!!

Literally the most seamless app ever.

The ByErim app is legit so easy it’s unreal! Seamless run though to check out, easy to pick up where you left off and you get free wallpapers for each month and the most positive APPfirmations sent to you everyday from the CEO and founder (Erim herself). The connection she shares with her customers/followers/sisterhood/each individual purchasing her products is so pure and you can tell by the way the app is made and set up. The intention is to be easy, fast, and the support is easy to access too. Free knowledge articles are available too! Really it’s a lot more than just a place to sell products, it’s a point of connection and it’s truly appreciated. Well done Team ByErim! 👏🏽🖤

Over Priced

Nothing special about the oil and the comb, they are just tagged as organic vegan etc and priced atleast 3x compared to similar brands available in market.
