BYO Order

Many restaurants are having problems employing workers, whether it is due to shortage of available workers, or due to high minimum wage regulations. To solve the problem, many full-service restaurants have adopted QR-ordering, allowing diners to order using their own mobile phones. However, a food server still has to be employed to serve the food to the table that placed the order. QR-ordering is not available for use in self-collect restaurants due to the lack of a paging function that notifies the diners that their food is ready for collection. BYO Order closes the loop by providing the paging function when the food is ready for self-collection. By using our proprietary contactless queue technology, BYO Order allows all self-collect restaurants to use the QR-ordering from their existing POS vendor.
