Poor first experience
Wrong items in order and there’s no recourse at all. Customer service was unhelpful, just said sorry. For a first experience, not great.
No restaurants on this app accept Byppo orders
I was only able to use this app a few times at one yesterday over a year ago. Since then, every restaurant I’ve tried on here does not even know what Byppo is. The orders are usually just cancelled and refunded. I called ahead at a restaurant yesterday to see if they would accept Byppo, and once again they did not know what Byppo was and told me the websites and apps that they take orders from.
