About

ByteCorp HRMS is the internal timesheet app for ByteCorp employees. It is a company tool, not a public app: you sign in with your bytecorp.io Google account, and HR approves one device per person before you can record time. If you are not a ByteCorp employee, this app is not for you - you will not be able to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO Time in and out - Record your start and end of day in a couple of taps. - Office or from-home mode. Office punches confirm you are on site. - Timing out early? Add the reason the app asks for, right where you punch. Breaks and out of office - Mark a break (lunch, prayer, a short walk) without timing out. Breaks are not deducted from the target you are measured against. - Mark out-of-office for an errand or appointment; that time is deducted. - Tap Back when you return. Your timesheet - See today at a glance: timed in, on a break, timed out, or still open. - Browse your week, month and any single day, with worked and presence hours, late flags and amendments. Fix mistakes with amendments - Forgot to time out, or a punch is wrong? Request an amendment within the window your company policy allows. A manager or HR acknowledges it. Leave - Apply for leave, pick the type, see your balances, and track approvals. - Company holidays are marked on your calendar. Reminders and notifications - Gentle nudges on office days: time in, time out, and a heads-up before the cut-off. Notices when your device, leave, amendment or from-home day is decided. HOW SIGN-IN WORKS Sign in with your bytecorp.io Google account. On first sign-in your phone is registered and sent to HR for approval - one approved device per employee. Recording time needs an approved device; you can view your timesheet while a device is pending. Non-employees and personal Google accounts cannot sign in. ABOUT LOCATION AND WI-FI When you time in or out at the office, the app checks your presence using your location, the office Wi-Fi network, and the office network. This happens only at the moment you punch at the office - never in the background, never at launch. It is used to confirm office presence for attendance, nothing else. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites. From-home punches skip the location check. See the in-app privacy information and the company privacy policy for details. SUPPORT This is an internal ByteCorp application. For help, device approval, or account questions, contact your HR / People team through the usual internal channels.
