the UI is honestly pretty good. But the app takes 15-20 seconds on avg to load anything you click on, including the app itself

This app is genuinely so trash, how can someone develop something that crashes so often. constantly logs me out as well.
Excellent BUT Duo
Fabulous app, easy to use. BUT. They have another app, Duo, for security that you say okay whenever anyone signs into your BYU account anywhere. The BYU app logs out often, and you have to login again and get a duo approval. What is the point in having this app if you have to login all the time? You’d only login to this app on your own phone, likely on the same phone that has the duo app. Stupidest thing ever. However, the app is super nice and has the easiest fastest access to everything you’ll need from ID to class info to locker info to maps.

Tries to smash lots of different apps into one
I have to re-install this once in a while to manage my car. Otherwise never had a use. The ID card should show your card, but the text/info over-runs the “card” background.
There seems to be several different map apps, always “trouble” showing financial information.
Many things I imagine people might use this for I use the dedicated webpage (e.g. my.byu.edu or map.byu.edu).

Always rolling out new updates and helpful widgets
Can’t find anything
I have spent the past 30 minutes trying to find the place to change any personal information. Phone number, address, emergency contact, marital status, ecclesiastical status, etc. I can’t find where to check or change anything.
BYU
Cannot even figure out what I need or where to go. Is this the continuing education app? I cannot even tell.
This app saves my life daily
I easily forget which classes I have or where things are on campus, but this app is super convenient and always has the answers. It can do a lot more than that too, I’m still learning how to use it!
Academic calendar replacement does not clearly give the academic information I relied on.
Nice interactive calendar has replaced the academic calendar. I want the information from the academic calendar. If you can put the
interactive calendar on the academic calendar together both that would be great otherwise just go back to the academic calendar.

Indispensable, but sometimes glitchy/slow
This app is absolutely necessary for a BYU student. Occasionally there are annoying glitches/slowness, but for the most part it is good, and the functionality it allows is extremely useful. I use it for ordering food on campus most of the time. A lot of the other functionality either opens a browser or is better used on a browser. But it is getting updated and getting better over time 🙂

See exam scores early
Great for clocking in and out of work. It also lets you see test scores early before they show up in the grade book, by going to the “Upcoming Tests” Widget, then see either most recent score or past scores. It’s super convenient!
