Amazing app!!!

I wish I’d found this app sooner! It’s great to be able to talk about the books that I want to read, I am reading or I’ve already read. The community is beautiful too 😊

Amazing Concept, Properly Executed

Every time I read an amazing book, I wish I had people to talk about it with. It seemed like nobody was reading the same books as me, so I tried out Goodreads. That app is just plain awful, so I thought the concept of online book clubs wouldn’t work, until I found Byzans!
It has been so much fun to chat with people about our favorite scenes/characters and discuss lore and theories from our favorite books. Plus, the developers are adding new features all the time, I’m so excited for book ratings and reviews.
Shoutout to Simon from Byzans, the hero of ages!

Possible Addition...

I love almost everything about this app. One small thing that I feel would be a huge benefit would be a way to like or “thumbs up” messages in the Café chat rooms.

Great App

I was happy to hear about this app for buddy reads. Not only can your friends join, but people all over the world can buddy read together to discuss books. It is easy to navigate and use the chat features. Only thing missing is a react icon to like messages in the cafe.

A great idea... want to read a book together ?

Really appreciate that someone took this ‘sweet’ concept and developed an App around it. Because oftentimes we do connect with someone out there who expresses an interest in a read at the same time we do, but we are not physically in the same place ... so where... how to discuss it.

Byzans offers us a way to do that and it’s pretty darn ‘user friendly’. Some things I would like to see:
1. might there be a bit easier way to find one’s most recently read books (scrolling on a mobile is no fun , especially the more books one enters). Maybe at some point one might have an option to arrange by date read rather than alphabetical.
2. A way to edit on a comment... if one makes and error or typo and wishes to correct, presently no way to do that.

Book Club without having to go to a book club

I’m really enjoying this new app. The only improvement I see so far that can be made is to allow someone to “react” to a comment, similar to features seen on Facebook, iMessage, and GroupMe.
I don’t always want to have to reply with words, sometimes I want to be able to agree or just disagree with a comment.

Not using Facebook account

I refuse to connect any app to my Facebook account. I was excited to use this app, but not anymore. I may reconsider it once there’s an option to create a profile without connecting it to Facebook.

Truly amazing

This app is awesome. It’s something every book lover dreams of! I love the idea of being able to share thoughts on a book, while reading a book, or even before reading a book. It’s amazing.

Great app

This app is easy to use and it’s a great way to chat about that book your reading! When it’s hard to find a good book club or you just want to read something different than the club, this is a great way to connect with others reading that book.

This would be a great app for high school and college students to use for that literature book their needing to read!
