Horrible experience
The Texas Rangers did a big dump on their fans mid season and dropped the streaming app we subscribed to for BZZR. NO notice. NO plan. It just happened.
It then took days to get BZZR running on the phone. There is no BZZR app for tvs. You have to mirror to the tv from the phone which works sometimes but is inconsistent. The iPad BZZR app won’t even go to full screen mode. So we’re watching baseball on a tiny picture. I am livid…more angry with the Rangers management than BZZR. BZZR just isn’t ready to provide a product for TV viewing.
We won’t be attending any more live games. We refuse to give another dime to that organization.

Terrible App
Horrible quality, terrible timing, and all around badly made application. Rangers need something else than this. Only hope for this app is that the MLB will see this disaster and take TV rights away from the idiotic front office that green lighted one of the worst ideas in sports media history.
HORRIBLE POS APP
Not only is this the biggest money grab of all time, the app is a complete PoS. The app only works on my living room tv. Want to watch on another device? How about paying another $25 a month. Better hope you don’t have to watch on any other device. Whoever coerced the org into this decision deserves to be sent to the sun. Victory+ wasn’t perfect, but it’s light years ahead of this poorly designed app. Not remotely ready to be used for a professional sports team. I wish I could give less than 1 star

Why mid-season?!
Why in the world would you launch this mid-season. Glitchy and not available. You don’t have apps out on so many platforms, and the ones that are out are not ready at all. I can’t watch on my tv without casting it from my phone. I paid $150 to Victory plus for the entire season and mid season you make us switch. So dumb. Get your self straight before you make us all switch from Victory plus, which was so much easier and seamless. Booooo!

Isn’t Working
I was a victory+ subscriber and the conversion to BZZR isn’t working for me. With victory I was able to watch the rangers while in California. Now all I get is content is not available in my area. Very unhappy and feel I have been cheated out of my money!
Painful like Cowboys Playoff games
The app is ok at best if you only want to watch games on your tiny iPhone screen. Because you can’t download this entirely Bush League app on any smart tv we have in our house. 0-6 like Burgers’ batting average lately with RISP. Victory+ owes EVERYONE a refund because now we’re going to the bar or using all our cell phone data to screen mirror the game on the tv. Sub optimal to say the least.

Honestly so disappointed in the Rangers for doing this! It’s like they want us to stop watching. I have tried multiple times to login and get no where. I paid for a full year of Victory+ and had no issue with their app on an ios device.I “have to” get this bummy app because they don’t have BZZR on available on samsung TV’s . I have still yet to watch a game since they’ve switched, not because I don’t want to, but because BZZR is broken. I can watch their stupid tiktok section but I can’t watch Rangers baseball. Hope someone sees this and can figure it out but probably not. Idk how they got the contract for a major league team, but I do know viewers/fans definitely got fleeced!

Everything from UI/UX is a nightmare
I never write reviews for apps, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on an app. The sign in was a complete nightmare. The UI/UX was all over the place and just hot garbage nothing worked. I cannot even create an account and sign in. I only wanted to use it for the Rangers game. not doing that now I guess because whoever developed this app is hot garbage and needs to quit their job.

I want to go back to Victory plus. You can’t watch previous Ranger games. They only show highlights. I’m so upset. I can’t believe this switch wasn’t thought out a little better. This is how you treat your customers.

Poor roll out
This app was rushed, it’s hard to navigate, and I’m not going to watch a whole game on my phone. As someone who has been following the rangers for many years. This will probably be my last season to subscribe to RSN, I’ll just go back to watching when they show up on over the air TV.
Give us Picture in Picture
How you can launch an iOS app that doesn’t have ability to minimize the game stream into a Picture in Picture window in the year 2026 is beyond me. Especially in such a bare bones app. I paid my season fee for the Rangers broadcast this year on the knowledge Victory+ had this ability, but BZZR does not. You also don’t have a working FireTV app for any of my devices I use to watch. I feel like you’ve stolen my money with a bait and switch.

Does not work for me
I have a year subscription but when I sign in as a subscriber the only option is to pay for a monthly subscription so I am not able to watch the games. I can watch the post game however
Needs work
Picture looks fine but app won’t use full screen on iPad. Picture is larger when using iPhone but I don’t want my phone tied up casting for an entire game.
Absolutely a hassle
I was forced to switch from Victory to BZZR, mid baseball season, clearly before this app was ready for release. There is no app for my TV, and Apple TV app doesn’t work… now I can only watch a game on my cellphone, which is not what I am paying for.
I’m not sure what issue RSN had with Victory, but clearly the fans lost. The internet search feature on my TV says I’m “not in the viewing area” so it won’t play. There is no way to set my “location” on my tv.
Absolute worst decision. I’m not sure why we couldn’t have just finished the season with Victory, which would have allowed BZZR the time they clearly needed to finish this app before forcing everyone to use it.
I just want to watch the games I paid for. Thanks for screwing things up.

Epic Fail - Not ready for Rangers streaming
The BZZR Apple TV app delivers heavily compressed video and has no basic playback controls—not even pause, rewind or start-over. The iPhone app fails to load its feed. Suggesting AirPlay from a browser is not an acceptable substitute for a functional native TV app. This is a major downgrade from Victory+ for paying Texas Rangers subscribers.

The worst sports app I’ve ever used
Obviously, like the rest of us, I’m here for the Texas Rangers being sent over from Victory plus. This app is an absolute joke that looks like it was put together by a few college roommates in about 3 days. It has the interface of a bad adult website that makes me wonder if I’m being scammed. What a joke for a team that is only 3 years removed from winning the World Series. To top it off the app straight up tells me it couldn’t load my feed over snd over and that I need to retry. It’s going great so far. Go Rangers.

Would give it zero stars
Had to come here for my Tx Rangers subscription. The app requires your precise location. It’s cheap, glitches and can’t support the game. It’s constantly loading and has a running loop in the game stream. I barely could get logged in. Doesn’t support my fire tv, but their email says it does. I’m disappointed in both the app and the rangers.

Absolutely Ridiculous
Login issues, connection issues, and a maximum screen size the size of an iPhone. I hate to be this negative, but this is an app that is not designed or in any way close to being ready for broadcasting MLB games. I know I won’t be watching games….not on this app. To those in the Texas Rangers organization who made the call, you blew it big time on this one. It’s difficult to believe that this is what you hand to the fans to watch the games. It looks completely amateurish. The organization should reimburse all of those who paid for a subscription thru Victory+.
