Lowering the Bar
And here I was, thinking that Victory Plus had set the bar pretty low for watching sports. Did it work, sometimes. Did it have trouble loading games, sometimes. But man, y’all came in and bought them, and just said hold my beer, and ruined any possibility of watching Texas Rangers games. Looks like I’ll be $100 richer next season when I don’t have to pay you people. I’ll just go back to not watching baseball games as much.

App is junk
If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I open that app I have to reactivate and then it says I’m not subscribed. Yes I went through the activate process that was emailed with the switch. Spent $120 to watch on victory, was migrated to bzzr and it’s been awful. Won’t be watching next season if I have to pay for nothing. Junk app. Hopefully the Rangers become aware. It doesn’t work
Every time I try to login after I created account, it won’t let me login. It keeps sending me to the create an account page and when I try to create it, it says there’s already one existing.
What’s going on here!
I paid, initially, to Victory+. Now I can’t watch the Rangers games without using my phone Pad! I can’t watch the game if it has already playing for several innings. That’s not allowed. No customer service. No direction from app and no app on TV (Spectrum).
Bush league app.
This is like watching sports thirty years ago. What’s the point? I missed over a month of games because it wasn’t compatible with Roku until mid-August. I might as well listen in the radio.

I can never get it to work. Not on mobile or Roku. Would never recommend using it. I only have it because Victory plus dropped the Texas Rangers and forced us to go to BZZR.
iOS 15 and doesn’t work at all
Says compatible wit iPhone that runs iOS 13.0 and greater but not working on mine at all. Doesn’t open

This is the worst app I have ever used. You can’t even get the ‘forgot password’ function correct.

It’s just barely a phone app. On iPad it won’t fill the screen.

For one thing, the app makes me login every single time I open it. So the user experience starts there… and goes down from there.

Was this built by AI and a college intern? Terrible product and it’s crazy that they got a contract with the Texas Rangers. No TV APP so you’re forced to use airplay. Mobile app’s UI is unintuitive and lazily built
Getting worse!
The switch from Victory + to BZZR for the Texas Rangers has been ok. What’s been bad is towards the end of the games I get a “Something went wrong” and have to keep hitting back. This happens several times. Today, even worse. Can’t open on my Sony TV. Only on my phone.

Shame on the Texas Rangers ball club for forcing their fans on this garbage app as the only TV option. We paid 140$ to watch the team all season and this horrible user interface allows me to watch the game live 1997 style or read the terms and privacy. No fast forward, no rewind, no pause, and no highlights.

iPad App
I didn’t think it could get any worse than victory+. The quality of this app is simply unacceptable. I will not be watching next season if the Rangers continue to use this app for streaming.
Don’t get this app
If you would like to watch 1 in every 5 games and pay $25/month then by all means. But if I’m paying a monthly subscription you should be able to watch every damn game.
Unreliable
Just missed the end of another game because it crashed. That is unacceptable.
