Not customizable
It costs way too much for an app that you can not enter your aircraft empty operating weight or moment. It’s not worth it.

use it for both C172 and C182 - nothing else comes close.
Great User Interface, But Not Accurate
This app has so much potential. The only problem is, it uses defaults from the PIM (Pilot's Information Manual). Which means, it's only good for a Cessna 182T that comes fresh from the factory.
It doesn't allow for customization of your ACTUAL empty weight and balance figures to start.
So, you still have to do your calculations on paper before this app begins to be useful.
This app does have the added feature of providing runway distances based on your final calculated weight and balance and winds that you enter manually. That part works well. That said, you still have to calculate on paper, your weight and balance to begin with.
I feel that for the price, you should be able to enter your default aircraft conditions and use them instead of the numbers from the PIM.
For $13.99, this app just isn't worth it.
