See where riders are requesting • A new busy-areas card shows where riders have been requesting rides in the last 30 minutes, so you can decide where to position yourself. Tap an area to navigate toward it — you keep receiving ride requests the whole time. It shows what riders have already done; it isn't a forecast or a promise of higher pay. Your trip on the Lock Screen • See your next turn, ETA, destination and fare at a glance on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — no need to open the app while you drive. Never miss a request • Incoming ride requests now play an alert tone you can hear with the phone mounted and the app in the background. You can turn it off in Settings. Navigation and ETA • Your ETA now matches what your passenger sees, so you're both working from the same arrival time. • Starting a trip now switches turn-by-turn guidance to the drop-off. Previously it could keep directing you to the pickup for the whole trip. • Fixed a map flicker that appeared during some trips. Starting trips • Fixed the passenger PIN prompt not opening, which could block you from starting a trip. • Fixed drivers being signed out unexpectedly while still signed in on this device. Waiting at pickup • The countdown before you can report a no-show is now kept by the server, so it stays accurate if you close and reopen the app while waiting. Signing up and getting approved • You can now pick up your application on a new phone. Entering your own email no longer says it's already registered — you'll be offered to continue where you left off. • If you reinstall the app while your application is still under review, you can confirm your email with a 6-digit code to see its status again. • Documents you've already uploaded now show their previews when you return, so you won't re-take photos you've already sent. • Approval and background-check results appear the moment they're issued instead of after a wait. • Bank setup now confirms reliably when you come back from Stripe, rather than sometimes showing setup as incomplete when it was already done. Getting around the app • My Feedback has moved to Help & Support. • The side menu has been redesigned to be cleaner and easier to scan.
