Can’t get past the select stylist screen
Poor execution. Both on phone and iPad, the app locks at selecting a new stylist. I select the stylist but clicking Continue does absolutely nothing.

My stylist retired and the app isn’t working properly for me to find another one. I can’t do anything with the app or access my closet. So frustrating!
App needs a new transmission
So so much potential in this app. I find the only two things that work consistently and very well are outfit of the day and your closet updated with the things you bought this season. I love CAbi and I am a loyal customer but please hire a tech person maybe on a consultation basis to clean and speed up this app. I would be happy to give more specific details. I think you would increase sales exponentially if you fine tuned this app. Other people online are selling a rudimentary version of this and y’all’s is so much better. It just needs some help. So Much Potential
This would be such an amazing tool if it had better performance. It is slow, often crashes, and can’t seem to handle an account that has a big CAbi closet. In the very beginning , the Looks Tab was amazing. So many ideas. Now with a bigger CAbi closet, it takes forever to load, or just freezes the App. Hope the performance is improved. We really all want to love it and use it!

This app is NOT equal to the quality or price point of your clothing 😫
I REALLY LOVE cabi, but I have a huge issue with how AMAZING the quality of cabi clothes are, along with the high price point (again, because- QUALITY), knowing that cabi will not invest in making your app a quality resource for your customers. PLEASE invest in making your app as quality as your clothes. Please and thank you.

It’s Awful. Been buying Cabi for a few years. I can’t believe this app has not been updated. I wanted to watch the fashion show for 2026 and nothing.
Impossible to update closet
I wish this app worked, it could be so useful. But it doesn’t. It is extremely slow too unresponsive. When I click on the X to remove something from my closet in the app, 9 times out of 10 it instead brings me to the detail for that item, over and over and over. And every time I go back to the closet from the item detail it goes back to the top of the closet, so I have to scroll down to find the same item again and try again to remove it, usually unsuccessfully. I gave up. The closet feature is useless without being able to update it as I get rid of things. I am really disappointed in this app.

Lacking but has potential
The buttons are slow, unresponsive, or imprecise. The app overall is slow, which is really annoying during shows when I’m trying to tap favorites or see what might work with my current pieces. I love the concept of the closet but the “wear now” tool for each item primarily shows me pieces I don’t own, which defeats the purpose. I want to mix and match what I already have and not scroll through what is essentially a sales pitch. The back button is also maddening, it always takes you back to either the top of the catalog or the top of your closet, not where you left off before opening an item’s description. For a higher end product line I would expect a better app.

Spins and won’t load
This app could be an amazing tool but it has lots of glitches, is super slow at times and gets stuck. When I try to make outfits from my closet it often suggests pieces I don’t own nor have entered in my closest. Wish there would be some improvements.
So much unrealized potential
I love my CAbi…dare say I’m a CAbi addict. My closet says it all. When the App came out, I was tickled by the possibilities. Having my closet at my fingertips tips…game changer. Having recommendations for looks helped me revive old CAbi. However, the App is slow to load, closet items appear\disappear, can’t get the looks to load, the pairing with what’s in my closet barely works anymore. If the bugs and functionality could be fixed, it would make many of your loyal customers ever so much open to trying new things because they can see the potential. #makecabitapgreatagain

Horrible App
Login comes up with error message. Placed an online order and does not show up in ‘account’. No way to track to generate a return. Seems the ‘rep’ has no idea this is a recent order. This is the worse company. Will never order again. Once you order it’s yours to keep whether it fits or not. No way to return.

Perfect Style
CABI never disappoints to go ‘out of the box’ to help style my current pieces. I’m able to see suggestions & even what current pieces go with a new seasonal piece.

Great app could improve
I love how the app tracks whats in ypur closet from Cabi. Functionality could be improved when browsing collection or closet items; when you drill down into an item then go back to previous page--it always takes you to the top of the scroll instead of where you left off. That's annoying.
App never loads
Pointless app as never loads. Just says it’s loading and nothing happens
Search function needed
When you’ve been a cabi follower since before the inception of cabi tap, it would be nice to have a search feature in your closet so that you can go straight to the item you are looking for rather than having to scroll through everything.

BUG ALERT!!! App stays stuck on Find Stylist screen
I tried to find my stylist and she didn’t show up which was a problem but when I tried to back out to get back into the app to look at clothes you cannot leave that screen. I even deleted the app, reloaded it, logged back in and it was still stuck on the screen. Very bad bug that renders the app unsalable. You need to hire people to test your apps code. Junky app.

Reasonably good app
I like housing all my cabi pieces in one place and seeing what they will go with in my cabi wardrobe.
However, the app is very slow to load and navigate. When I try to remove an item I’ve gotten rid of and click on the “x” it opens the item. After trying multiple time it will finally ask me if I want to remove it.

Nothing but trouble to use
I agree with all the other reviewers about this app. Frustrating to use so it puts you off even shopping the site.
