Excellent - when it works
I really didn’t want to leave any sort of negative review, because this app is promising and I know a lot of hard work went into it. It’s affordable and a wonderful concept. However, until more drivers are hired, it’s just not going to work. Countless times I’ve wanted to order, it’s asked me to put money in my wallet, and then no driver is available. And I wait for ages, and keep trying. I understand it’s safer to put money into the wallet than just pay directly with Apple Pay, but I end up losing more than double because I’ve just put the money into the app, no drivers were available, and I’ve had to use a different app. As far as I know, there’s no way to retrieve that money from the wallet. It makes me feel a little robbed, especially when I have a discount but still have to put the full price in the wallet to book the ride anyways.
