Update app
I received the email about the changes to login where you can use your email address and password. So, i logged out of the app, updated the app from the App Store, then attempted to login using my credentials. And now I can’t login! I get an error message stating “unable to get player balance info at this time”. What a mess.

It seems that after the most recent update, it doesn’t let you log in anymore. Tried three different devices and I can’t get into my account/my buddy can’t get into his.

This is the latest release 4/26 or 4/27/22 update? Recommend that you keep the previous version for older iPhones.

Chinese restaurant
The Filipino manager doesn’t know how to tslk to customers. We waited for almost one hr in line and people coming from know where comes in when we complain this manager said we can go in other resto to eat because this people are JADE and spend hours playing. But how does it work because we are in the lowest type of players card we cannot go eat. You need to teach your employee etiquette on how to approach your gamblers. I forgot the name of the resto its the one by the entrance door. I don’t have complain with your other employees they are friendly n helpful. Thank you

Not so good! I’m here now spending $$ & it’s not responding, even w/ WiFi???.....

It freezes every time I get on it. It never has the right information on it. I have to delete it almost every time and load it back up, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t! Frustrating!!
