About
Cacy shows what car, home, life and health insurance actually costs where you live, so you can tell whether the number on your renewal is fair.
WHAT IT DOES
A fair price range for your profile, built from published government data.
Market share, what households actually spend, and climate risk for every US state and Canadian province.
An interactive map of the insurers writing business in your area and what people there spend.
Plain English guidance on lowering a renewal, raising a deductible, and switching without a gap in coverage.
KAI, an assistant that answers insurance questions using the data above.
WHAT IS FREE
Every map, price, average and regional comparison is free permanently, with no account and no time limit. That is most of the app.
CACY PRO
Pro adds KAI, the assistant, and the Vault, which stores your policies and watches your renewal dates. New users get a seven day trial that includes three KAI questions.
Monthly, 6.99 US dollars, with 100 questions a month.
Yearly, 29.99 US dollars, with 1,200 questions a year that you can use whenever you need them.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings at any time.
You can also connect your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or xAI key, or use Apple Intelligence on this iPhone, in which case questions are not counted against any allowance.

WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM
Every figure is public data or Cacy's own estimate from it, and each one says which. Health plan prices and the insurers on each marketplace come from CMS, the same data HealthCare.gov runs on. Insurance price inflation comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Climate risk comes from the FEMA National Risk Index. Market share comes from insurers' annual statutory filings. Canadian figures come from Statistics Canada and from the Ontario and Alberta rate regulators. Where a figure is only sold under licence, Cacy leaves it out or builds its own estimate from public data and labels it an estimate, rather than showing you a number it cannot stand behind.
WHAT CACY IS NOT
Cacy is an educational tool. We are not an insurance agency, broker or producer. We do not sell policies, we do not take commissions, and we do not pass your information to insurers. Estimates are a benchmark for negotiating, not a quote. Always confirm coverage details directly with the insurer before you buy. Cacy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any insurer, regulator, rating agency or data publisher named in the app.
PRIVACY
Your answers and saved policies stay on your phone. Signing in is optional and uses Sign in with Apple, so Cacy never receives or stores a password. You can delete your account and everything held with it from inside Settings at any time. The only thing that leaves your device is a question you choose to send to KAI, which is processed by the model provider you select. Choose Apple Intelligence and even that stays on your iPhone.
