Complicated Mess
I am stunned any club would use this app. Our club adopted it this year and every member and caddie hates it. Ask around before getting your club involved.
Caddie
You know there is something wrong when I haven’t heard a single good thing from members or fellow caddies about this company. I used to train the caddied and help them out on the course. Everything was under the table and you could work whenever you wanted and the chances of you getting a loop depended more on knowledge of timing than luck. Now it’s all falling apart. CaddieNow wouldn’t allow a CADDIE TO TRAIN OTHER CADDIES. They came into my club and took over the program and destroyed it. Rookie caddies have to go through classes online and then have to fill out tax forms and social security number. There is simply no upside to this system. If your club uses rankings, then people will choose to pick the cheaper caddies because of the dollar value. New kids and lower ranked caddies get more loops than the veterans. CaddieNow also doesn’t raise the rate if you’re a higher rank picking up an unwanted lower rank loop. Absolutely terrible, I would never recommend to anyone.

The perfect app and idea for caddies/golfers
I love how easy this app is to use and how descriptive it is for every aspect of a loop you may be picking up or have booked. I believe with a few more visual changes, this app could be the app of the future for caddying. CaddieNow is an awesome idea.

Super easy to use the app from a caddy perspective.
Fast and Efficient
My expectations were measured when we starting using an App for loops but have been completely satisfied from its inception. Glitches have easily been remedied when they have occurred, payments processed quickly, loops easy to understand and have no complaints with its functionality.
CaddieNow does it right
Can’t say enough good things about this app, especially from a caddy standpoint. It allows you to book loops on your own time, with only a few clicks, and I get paid within a couple days

Great App!
Great app to work with!! Easy to use and is straight to the point. Tells you the information of the golfer you are caddieing for and what time.
Detail
Pretty solid app however visibility and detail could be improved. To elaborate you can only see available rounds/loops ready to be picked up for the month the calendar is currently set to. Additionally, more detail on the loop is needed to make decision to accept or not. Lastly, if loop needs to be rescheduled/cancelled I don’t see an option for that.

Thank you for the feedback and rating! Regarding only seeing open opportunities for the month that corresponds with the calendar, you are able to continue scrolling down to see future months opportunities. However, depending on how many open loops there are for the course you're at that may be a large number. Additionally, you should receive notifications and messaging when there are changes like rescheduled or cancelled bookings. As we are continuing to make improvements to the app, we'll look at how to improve the navigation and provide you more details with less taps.
Caddie
This company basically goes from club to club convincing them to exclusively only allow caddies from their app. It ruined the caddie program from my club. The members hated it and so did the caddies. The app killed the culture of caddies at my club.
Buggy
App won’t save message delivery method. Caddie now handling Sony open prism in Hawaii and I get non stop messages dinging dozens of times a day. Set the message to email only and it doesn’t save. Need to logout to avoid being disturbed literally all hours of day
Don’t become a Caddy
As you can tell a lot of the one star reviews are from caddies. They don’t treat the caddies right and still haven’t payed me from a twosome I did 7 months ago. I text the owner/boss and he told me he would pay me put he never did. I haven’t seen available loops for months. So I texted the owner and he said “Word from Colonial is the heat is preventing the loops and they expect loops to kick in Sept 1 the loops should start up around September 1st” Spoiler Alert: They didn’t. The idea is great but the execution is poor. So now I am down 4 hours from the orientation and another 7 hours from the group that I caddied for, for free.

Little to no utility as most golf courses don’t show up in search. When I try to add a “custom” search, it didn’t work.

Great App
I really like the layout of the app.It is really efficient and easy to find what I need. I also have enjoyed getting requests from CaddieNow. It is very straightforward on how I can accept the caddy job. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to get caddie jobs more efficient, easier, and wherever we are.

App is a bit buggy
Love the layout and colors. However...
I registered via Facebook. When I tried to “Book a Caddie,” it said I didn’t have credit card information. I clicked okay and it sent me to a blank screen. I had to shutdown the app and it did it again. I just wanted to find out if you’re offering this service near me yet. It seems unnecessary to have to put in credit card information first, anyway. Also, some of the words are half displayed on my IPhone 7. A buggy app will quickly kill any potential this great idea has. I’ll try again later.

Extreme hassle
Please take my advice and don't download this app. As a caddie, it is an extreme hassle to attend the caddie MANDATORY "local" orientations - especially if you out of state. Also there is legal work involved and overall way to much of a hassle when you could just contact your golfer via email, phone, or through the club. Save your golfer of going through similar hassles and instead of losing a golfer just ask them to contact you in one of the three ways I mentioned above.

Won’t work, needs to verify email address
I can’t get the app to work, it says that it needs to verify my email to book a caddie but it hasn’t sent me an email to confirm it. I’ve emailed support with no response.
Walking with a putter
There are few things as enjoyable as hitting the green and your caddie handing you your putter for the walk up to the green.
