Migliorabile

App in stato embrionale.. Ho scelto la consegna in negozio, pensando che fossero gli addetti del punto vendita a preparare l’ordine e che quindi fosse più veloce. Invece no, l’ordine viene spedito tramite corriere al punto vendita (a sto punto lo facevo consegnare a casa…)

Per quanto riguarda l'ordine, il servizio è di ritiro in punto vendita e come indicato dal banner presente nella home dell'app e sul sito www.caddys.it sono indicati i tempi di consegna di (48/72 ore). Stiamo lavorando per rendere disponibile anche il servizio Click & Collect in punto vendita. Seguici per le novità dei prossimi mesi.

I prodotti sono esauriti, o se disponibili, lo sono in quantità inferiore, in modo da non poter usufruire dell’offerta. Delusissima.

Gentile utente, vediamo che l'app l'ha scaricata nel mese di gennaio, quando non era ancora stata lanciata ufficialmente e quindi in fase di test. Motivo per cui non ha trovato tutti i prodotti. L'app è stata rilasciata ai clienti a febbraio, momento dal quale funziona correttamente con tutti i prodotti che trova anche nel nostro sito. La invitiamo a riscaricare l'app e riprovare!
