Archive ended activities without losing your cost history: Swipe an activity to archive it and it's tucked into the Archived section at the bottom of your list — out of your dashboard, calendar, and watch, but still in your spending records. Cadence even offers to archive ended activities for you on next launch. By-year Cost Summary: The $ button now opens a year-scoped view of real spending — pick any year, see each person's totals, and share the breakdown. Archived activities are included so past years stay accurate. Faster scanning of shared cards: When multiple people share an activity, each name now shows in their own color. Tap-to-expand day details: Tap the red flag on a dashboard card to see alternate pickups, drop-offs, and day notes inline — no extra taps to navigate away and back. Plus: a fix that prevents the Add Activity form from losing your work when you tap a picker, dashboard scrolling polish, and several other bug fixes throughout.

Cadence is a fantastic all-in-one activity hub for busy families. It handles unlimited scheduling, household management, smart reminders, calendar sync, document sharing, cost tracking, and even sends helpful weekly PDF reports.

Wow. This app. Wow.

As a father of 3 and full time attorney, the little time I have spent with this app so far has been a revelation. I have seen many calendaring apps come and go, but the added features on this app, including tracking your spending on your kids’ activities, is next level stuff.
