Forgot your watch. Class starts in four minutes. You can now run any routine straight from your iPhone. Tap the play button on a routine card and you get the same teaching view you know from your wrist: the current move, your private cue, the countdown, and what is up next. Your phone taps you at every transition and gives you a five-second warning before each one, so you can prop it on the reformer and keep your eyes on the room. Apple Watch is still the way to teach hands-free. Now it is not a requirement. Building routines got quicker too. • Type an exact number of seconds for any step, or nudge it in fives. • Reorder steps with the drag handle, or use its menu when your hands are full. • Step names and cues focus the moment you tap them, anywhere in the field. Cadence now collects anonymous usage analytics so we can see which parts of the app instructors lean on. There is no account, no name, and nothing about your routines.
