About

Import workouts from socials. Pop in your AirPods and every squat, lunge and burpee counts itself. IMPORT WORKOUTS FROM SOCIALS Found a workout reel or post you want to try? Import it into Cadenza in a few taps: save the video or screenshots, share them to Cadenza, and it builds the routine for you to check and edit. You can import a video, up to 20 screenshots, a video with a screenshot of its move list, or a pasted caption. A short guide in the app walks you through it, and everything happens on your iPhone. Works best when the moves are written on screen or in the caption. FOLLOW ALONG Keep the video with your routine. A short clip shows each move in the Next up countdown, and Watch video opens the full thing. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE Put together a routine from a library of 55+ moves — reps or timed, grouped into sections, with rest between steps. Start from a preset (Jump Rope, Full Body Burn, Morning Cardio, Leg Day) or build your own. Prompt (Beta) drafts one from a short description on devices with Apple Intelligence. It uses a small on-device model, so results may need adjusting. REPS THAT COUNT THEMSELVES Squats, lunges, side lunges, step-ups, jump squats, tuck jumps, burpees, skaters, jumping jacks, and jump rope all count automatically from your AirPods' head motion — no tapping between sets. Tune counting sensitivity per exercise if a move needs it. Every other move in the library runs on a timer instead. STAY IN THE ZONE The player tells you what's coming up, counts down into it, calls out the halfway point, and lets you know when you're done — all spoken through your AirPods, so your eyes stay on your form. SEE YOUR PROGRESS History tracks every session by week, month, or all time. Jump Rope sessions also track your streak and personal best. JUMP ROPE, STILL FIRST-CLASS Cadenza started as a hands-free jump-rope counter, and that mode is still here: a live, glanceable count and cadence, set a goal, and chase a new best. FEATURES • Import workouts from socials: videos, screenshots or captions, processed on your iPhone • Hands-free rep counting from AirPods head-motion — no watch or wristband needed • 55+ move library across cardio, strength, core, yoga, pilates, and stretching, searchable and categorized • Add your own timed moves to the library, and rename, merge or tidy them in Settings • Share any routine as a link • Spoken step announcements, countdowns, halfway callouts, and session-done cues • History by week, month, or all time; streaks and personal bests for Jump Rope • Saves completed routines and jump-rope sessions to Apple Health as workouts • A calm, premium, dark design that stays out of your way Hands-free counting requires AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation or later), or AirPods Max. Timed steps and full routines run without them — pace yourself off the spoken cues and on-screen timer. Build it, pop in, and go.

Import workouts from socials. IMPORT FROM SOCIALS Found a workout reel or post? Import it in a few taps: save the video or screenshots, share them to Cadenza, and get a routine you can check and edit. You can also paste the caption. It all happens on your iPhone, and a short guide in the app walks you through it. FOLLOW ALONG Keep the video with your routine. A short clip shows each move in the Next up countdown, and Watch video opens the full thing. Imported workouts can credit their creator. SHARE A WORKOUT Send any routine as a link in Messages, Mail or anywhere else. Friends with Cadenza open it straight into a review screen; everyone else gets a link to the App Store. The routine travels inside the link, with nothing stored online. PROMPT (BETA) Describe a workout and Cadenza drafts it, on devices with Apple Intelligence. It's a beta that uses a small on-device model, so results may need adjusting. MADE FOR MORE WAYS TO USE IT Works on iPhone Duo, with layouts made for the larger open display. VoiceOver and large text are much better across the app. ALSO NEW • Manage your own moves in Settings: rename, recategorise, merge or delete • History shows routine names and times, and is easier to read • Workouts you end early get an honest summary • Tap a routine to open its details Requires iOS 26.
