You cannot even know if your answers were correct, the app ends closing abruptly for no reason. It’s frustrating.

I paid to unlock all the tests but it didn't work
There is a problem with transformations test.
The app is great, but transformations test does not work (it closes the app after writing all six sentences). Sou you will end up taking the other three tests but not transformation test.

Al hacer el test la aplicación se cierra por lo que es imposible ver los resultados ni avanzar en los siguientes tests.
Be careful - charged twice
I was charge when I bought the app in apple store, and when using the app, all of the sudden, it seemed I didn’t have the full version so payment was needed again. I paid a second time thinking I would be charged only once but to my surprise, they charged me twice.
The exercises are ok and easy to use. Unfortunately the fourth exercise Key word Transformation doesn’t work well. Every time i fill in the answer and click in finish test, the app shuts automatically losing all the answers. The only way to see the right answers is ending the test without doing the exercise - very annoying really. I wish it worked the rest of the exercises that actually are quite good.
could you fix this and return second payment please? There is no customer service number/email to claim! Thank you

Bastante estafa, al finalizar algunos test se cierra la aplicación y no puedes ver los resultados.

Stability issues
The app shuts down any time I try to submit the Transformation 3 exercise in Part 4. Also in Part 3 it does not always count what I’ve typed in the box and shows me a lower % after submission, as if I left some boxes blank. Please fix.

Problema con Key Word transformación
Desde la aplicación lite gratuita he comprado la ampliación. Pero al rellenar todos los huecos de los Test de key word transformation la aplicación se cierra entera y es como si no lo hubiera hecho.
Además cuando me he descargado la aplicación de pago (la que no se llama lite) la información no estaba guardada y me han hecho pagar otra vez.
Por favor devuélvanme el dinero que he pagado doble. Por todo lo demás la aplicación esta muy bien espero que solucionen el problema rápido.

Me han cobrado y no se me desbloquean los contenidos
No tengo acceso a los contenidos a pesar de haber recibido el email de confirmación de pago y no sé a quién o cómo puedo quejarme para que me proporcionen una solución.
La mejor app para Use of English C1
Llevo un año con esta app instalada en mi móvil y me parece muy útil. Soy profesor de inglés, tengo mi propia academia y se la recomiendo a todos mis alumnos. La versión de pago es muy barata y merece muchísimo la pena, ya que los ejercicios son todos tipo examen y al nivel adecuado para C1.
