Glitchy games crash promos don’t pay
The app itself is extremely glitchy, if I opt into a promo it locks my money and freezes the game so every spin is a losing spin. Every time I reach out to support they just say there’s no issue… worst payouts ever too and if you do win don’t opt into a promo or your winnings will get tied up with a 10x playthrough

I’ve been playing here for a few years. By no means am I a high roller but a few months ago I won a grand (smaller one $7K) and started playing higher bets, and win/loss were balanced….first of all everyone complains about deposit match. Majority of casinos (I’m on all of them) have wagering requirements. Some lower than others and Caesar’s is on the higher side but I would assume that is why they can offer many promotions. Not all the apps offer daily promos (especially deposit match) so that’s on the player.
I got to Diamond Elite and was given a host. The last one isn’t here anymore but was very attentive and always gave me some type of a VIP promo (maybe he was giving too many so he’s no longer there). My new host, he called to introduce himself a couple weeks ago, and he hasn’t done much of anything- AGAIN I’m not your typical high roller but I’ve put my fair share in. I am also curious about the RTP. It’s seems different, and leaning very heavily on the losses. I’m just comparing previous play where Caesar’s payouts seem a lot more frequent. OVERALL after my few issues, this is definitely my top app!!!! Customer service, withdrawal and all other things have been excellent 😁

I used to love this app, it hit a lot or at least kept me playing more but the longer I’m a customer, the less I win or even get the same kind of promotions offered like I used to. The free spins used to hit every now and then but it’s went bye bye too lol. I know it’s gambling but I’m winning on other apps. WGAT REALLY UOSETS ME THOUGH IS once I’ve spent all my extra funds (like today $120), an hour later the app sends a bonus offer if I deposit $50. Well I already did that twice today but never received the promo until after I quit playing and was broke. It does this to me all the time and I don’t feel it’s right. It feeds gambling addictions I’m sure. Oh well… it used to be my favorite app with great games and good support. But lately I feel taken for granted or advantage of considering I’m an old customer… like I’m not going to gamble elsewhere. Idk, just wanted to say this in disappointment because I love the app, but can’t keep giving away my money and not receiving some entertainment at least. Never using Ceasars palace online casino ever again. Was enjoying it untill my last deposit was declined. But they still put a 3 to 5 day hold on the amount I tried to deposit. Horrible app and very misleading!!
Planning on winning? Never!! Especially with the pick 3 bonus. I had 3 days left and had all the coins except 1 spot for the $5000 jackpot. Every single day they gave me only purple diamonds. Up until I had 1 spot left for the coins, I was getting random diamonds and coins. This app is rigged. It’s GARBAGE. YOU WON’T EVER WIN A BIG JACKPOT.
