They don’t up hold promo emails
Update: this review had Caesar’s contact me. I was informed that my account has now been banned from getting bonus’s due to me inquiring about the promotion I got in my email. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. And definitely don’t inquire about bonus emails you’ve received.
I got an email from ceasars for a $200 no deposit promotion. When I opted in it disappeared. When I contacted support they told me if I contacted them about the promo again I would get my account banned. They even confirmed it came from their email. They accused me of tampering with the email. I would not download this app. Or visit their locations.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before putting your money into this app.
I deposited $150 without selecting or accepting any bonus. I played with my own deposited funds and my balance went up to around $250. When I decided I wanted to stop and cash out, I suddenly ran into a major problem.
The deposit section works perfectly fine, but when I try to access the withdrawal section, it keeps loading. When it finally loads, it says I can only withdraw around $80, while approximately $150 is showing as non-withdrawable. I never selected or accepted any bonus, so I don’t understand why my money is being restricted.
I also tried contacting customer service, but I have not received a response.

Can’t withdraw
I’ve had this app for over one year never had a problem with withdrawals. I was able to deposit with no problem now it won’t accept my withdrawal. I was on the phone with customer service did everything they told me to do still won’t work. I don’t know how I’m going to get my money. I had to put a complaint in with the payment department now I have to wait for them to call me.

App is garbage and i mean straight garbage
The dealers clearly cheat the slots definitely don’t pay out and the promos are completely garbage and the wager requirements are horrible for those that don’t know if you enter a promo and they say deposit 50$ and get lets say 10$ in casino bonus that’s not extra money they force a 10x wager requirement sometimes higher on it so yes you have 60$ but you are forced to bet 160 in order to withdraw it and no you can’t cancel the bonus and just get your money back a refund takes a week to get your money back and for only 10$ extra that is not worth it then if you don’t even meet the wager requirement they say oh well thanks for the money and you’re down now this app is complete garbage and costomer service is even worse if not a bot a live rep still won’t do anything just trash.

It doesn’t matter if I play multiple times in one day or play once in a while. Nothing ever happens in their games. I can’t trigger the features on the games at all anymore. I’ve been a customer for years at this point, and the odds just get progressively worse. If they were focused on providing entertainment, instead of just usurping profits, I might have a different take. The games just drain my deposits. Totally lopsided gameplay. I think they just see returning customers as open wallets with no name. I can deposit hundreds of dollars and they’ll limit wins to $50 - and they make it so obvious that there’s no way that the gameplay isn’t being controlled. The results aren’t random at all. If I want to throw away money I know where to go. I ask myself, if I were a new customer, would my gaming experience be similar to my current experience?

Scam – Do Not Download!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! They are scammers. They enrolled me in a bonus that I never opted into, which made all of my money impossible to withdraw. On top of that, you can’t even play most of the games, and you can’t reach anyone through live chat or by phone. Stay away!
Update: $1,000 spent at $5 per spin, and I only triggered 2 bonuses. One paid $55, and the other paid just $45. $100 total in bonus payouts after spending $1,000. This honestly feels like a joke.

Deposited money and it shows in app but can’t play any games with it. Support chat and phone number go nowhere. Besides that the app feels clunky and not user friendly. And to who ever reply’s to this comment saying please reach out, don’t bother we know it’s a dead end. No casino app that is legit would be this hard to contact someone.

If you do one of their bonuses, they make you wager 50X your deposit to withdraw. If you deposit 10 dollars and get a 10 dollar bonus, you would have to wager at least 5000 dollars to withdraw it. What an absolute scam. They don’t even let you withdraw your original deposit if you don’t meet the wager requirements.
