It feels like the offers have become less frequent, and more often than not I find myself having to reach out to ask if anything is available. I don’t want to feel like I’m being a burden by having to ask every time. A more proactive approach from the VIP team would go a long way. I certainly would stay more engaged in the platform.

They’ll steal your bonuses
I had recently won a bonus on Shimmering Sands Jackpot Royale of a few hundred dollars. I have had issues with the app glitching in the past and this time when it glitched I lost my bonus. The app says the bonus was canceled by a player. Which is wrong because who would want to cancel a winning over 500$? I know I wouldn’t cancel it, so I reached out to customer support and all I got was the run around and them arguing with me and I never received my bonus or an apology. They just didn’t want to give up the money that I had won fairly, which in my book is pretty messed up. If one of your members is telling you your app is glitching and messing up maybe you should listen. I will never use this app again. Very disappointed.
