If you like spending money, this is your game
If you think you have been frustrated before….you really need to try this game. You will reach new heights of disappointment. I get it, games need players to spend money but the level of terrible rewards and epic bad luck streaks on this game are unbelievable. Try participating in an event where 5 times you get a wheel that has coins and useless chests for rewards. Now imagine all 5 times getting the useless chests. This game literally acts as if they are giving you money out of their own pocket by letting you get a descent reward. When a player is spending money….your mission is complete….it won’t break the game to squeeze out a few descent rewards so a player can get just a few spins that don’t cost 10-20 dollars. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t have more than 2 minutes of spin time unless I buy 500-1 trillion coins. What really irks ya are the insane missions like win 700 billion coins when if you bet higher than a billion coins you will get zeroed in seconds so you need to take literally 6 hours to complete by betting at pathetic amounts. If you are going to zero players out every day no matter what then getting compensation should not be this impossible…Unbelievable guys. I left this game three times in the last 5 years…this will be my 4th time. Maybe next year new owners might pick it up and bring the game back to the good old days when it first came out and you could have some fun.

Auto maxed bet
This has happened to me two times already where I’ve had 2–3,000,000,000,000 coins switch games they auto it to the max I don’t realize it’s 100 billion as opposed to the 10 billion I’ve been playing everything‘s gone in a few spins
Long time Ceasars player
There are more and more pop ups in the game which I don’t enjoy. I have deleted all other games because of it a long time back. Hoping Caesar’s can cut back on this. I know where to find the deals if I want one. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star review.
Customer service
Customer service is terrible. No matter if you have proof of something they will always come me up with some BS to prevent you from getting anything. Then if you message them about the same issue you will not win much for awhile. Had 1 customer service agent tell me after I showed my bank records to prove the purchase went through ( GOOD LUCK Winning again) and I went through about 240 bucks and about 20 trillion coins. Been playing 7 years here and would not recommend anyone to play here. Sad to say. This site use to be a lot of fun.

Predatory Thieves
There is a clear pattern of theft by deception here. Everyone that I know that uses this game complains about wins “drying up” following purchases. They especially prey on the elderly with addictive personalities. I have had numerous CS representatives (without realizing probably) tell me that there is indeed an algorithm used to “enhance game play”. So if you’re giving real money to this game… and as they say it’s “all random or by chance”… isn’t that gambling? I don’t care if I don’t get anything but I would love someone to sue this company and everyone like it out of existence.

I’ve wrote a review before and gave it a 1 star,and I’m going to give another 1 star because if the app wants to say it’s not rigged and random of when you do win I believe they should at least have it to where if you did win the min win should at least be high enough for you to get you bet back and at least another 5%,sick of this app saying you won on that spin when you bet even as low as a million but you won 1,000 coins,I don’t count that as a win I’d say you lost 999,000

I love the games on this app more than any other slot app out there but it’s just put to get money,they have daily slots to play which would make you think ok maybe I can at least win sometimes just so I can reach the reward but no it just takes after take,draining you of all your coins (hoping you buy more) i literally have to wait for free coins,the one wheel (where you spin once a day hoping to get matches),and the roulette wheel just to have a few coins to play with every day,I have to bet low just so I can play for a little while.

Even when you send them proof in black and white they can’t resolve an issue. They just constantly give you the run around. What a scam and a poor way to treat longtime and loyal customers.

No Bonus After 500 Spins
I was playing on 50k and the bonuses were fairly common. Every bonus I won over 1 million then I increased my bet to 100k. I got a bonus once and I won nothing (after winning often on 50k). 500 spins later not a single bonus game. The odds at higher bets are very terrible and does not give much incentive to play the game. Other games like Cash Frenzy have way better odds. This app is no different than other generic slot machine apps. They also constantly push spending real money to get x coins in front of your face making hard to actually enjoy the slots. AVOID!

I have been playing this game for many many years and it’s always been great. But for some reason, I’m fast spins it just keeps spinning and spinning and I have met one of the challenges, but for some reason I cannot collect. So something is definitely wrong with this app.

Soon you make purchase they lock the games. And you only have chance to lose and not win. Can’t say to much positive things about I will recommend do not get addicted plenty other game apps out there if you are stuck depressed or bored in hospital or so on. Not good overall. This people will rip you off. Rewards do not exist don’t be fooled like me.
