Caesars phone account
The app so far has been easy and getting questions answered by phone was perfect. Also needed help signing in when they readjusted the app and the lady on the phone was outstanding.

I really enjoy using the Caesar’s Sportsbook App! It makes the selection very easy for Sport’s Bets, and the deposit process is more friendly than other sports betting applications. I recommend it to anyone who is qualified to use it legally.

Cashout option
Why isn’t there a cash out options for larger parlays. App needs to be able to do player parlays. Would like to see player alternate stats in football and basketball

I’m a 70-yr old infrequent sports bettor.
Caesar’s app is extremely easy to learn and use. I like that it so conveniently tracks betting history and current available balance. I really enjoy the multiple options for in-play wagers. So much easier than watching the board and then standing in line at the Sportsbook.

Still Neds Work
Same game parlays and betting options are much improved but the app is extremely glitchy. I have every sportsbook app in the state of Nevada and the customer service here is atrocious. Also, bet with caution as they will occasionally flip home/road teams and will intentionally show the wrong scores on live wagering. They’ll also switch the boxes on live over/under on player props to under/over, which to me is very sneaky.

I called in Laughlin because I couldn’t login and the representative walked me thru it in a very professional manner which I appreciated very much .
Awful lagging issues. Can’t even open the app
This app hardly functions. I can’t even get into the app right now, it just sits on the loading screen indefinitely. Even when it was working earlier today it’s the slowest app I’ve ever used, sometimes glitching and stopping me from seeing the login menu. Incredibly poor performance especially compared to others in the industry

I’ve been using mgm for a while now and this book has so many better options when it comes to parlays and didn’t realize til now how limited I was. Thank you!

Best app
I tried them all. This one’s the best but it logs me out all the time. Sometimes I have a parlay that looks great and it doesn’t let me push it through. Annoying but still the best one we have in Vegas.

App restart
App constantly crashing, u can’t live parlay in game props because app crashes or drop down arrow collapses and uncollapsing so u can’t see odds or pick a player. No Alt lines on basketball at all which is trash! 🤦🏽♂️ but something is better than nothing

Great app but no Bonuses
I love the interface, the ease of making live bets, and being able to watch games in the app. However there are very little to no bonuses offered to Nevadans sadly. You get a 10% parlay boosts once in a while but there’s so many restrictions to it it’s not worth much.
You also get recommended parlays with a profit boost but they rarely give out a win when you pick those.
Overall a great app but they need give us some bonuses like a risk free bet, or a deposit match every once in a while like the competition does.

Antiquated Vegas books
I’m glad that Caesar’s updated the app; it’s a good attempt to catch up with the rest of the country. But the app is still so limited and skewed compared to what major books offer outside of Vegas. They have come a long way; but are still light years behind what other books outside of Vegas offer. Buyer beware! Be prepared for inflated lines, and numbers on props and than of course not being allowed to bet certain combos; because the books are scared that you might actually win. Outside of Vegas I can bet more; have thousands of more lines to sift threw and I can parlay anything I want. Caesar’s is still the best in Vegas but very limited and they control the market. Must be nice

Not getting real time updates on game
Not getting real live updates on games when I look at the app, it shows a whole different score than what it actually is you have to log out of the app and log back in to get the real live updates plz fix it’s frustrating and please bring back out the cash out option
