App does not support user errors
I accidentally created a coupon -- A VERY EASY THING TO DO as the button is located close to a button to look at your status-- and I could not cancel it. I now have a coupon for something don't want, half of my points are gone, and Smolder Support has not responded.
It's a great program from Hummel, but if the app doesn't support the easy correction of a user error, it's not very good. Additionally, if Smolder support is unresponsive, that's even worse.
